I made two separate purchases.
The Terra Grip Mat was delivered quite fast: And I love it!
Great product, best yoga mat I ever had. I bought the limited edition in Jade Red. Very fancy ;-)

The second order is on the way. I received prompt the delivery notification, considering the Christmas Eve and so on, I think, a bit of patience is necessary.
Anyway everything has gone fine.

I ordered the Yoga mat for for my wife…

I ordered the Yoga mat for for my wife for Christmas.
Never received it, never did I received a email or call that the color I had ordered was out of stock.
I was concerned that that I got scammed, until had sent a email to find out what to heck is up with my order.

Avoid ordering from this company

I ordered the terra grip mat but after 10 days not receiving my order I contacted them through email only to get a reply that the colour mat I choose is out of stock and to choose another colour….at first I thought ok I’ll just go for another colour but now after reading all the bad reviews I’ve just asked for a refund! This company needs to fix there issues especially after receiving so many bad reviews!

Is this website a scam ??

Advertising products that they don’t have in stock which they will let you buy. You have to get in touch with them to find out where it is, to be told it’s out of stock then they try and sell you something else. Then you have to wait for a refund. Targeting the world of yoga to con people, who would ever suspect such a thing ! Less than poor.

Pharamond Life TerraGrip Yoga Mat completely lost it's grip after just 9 months.…

I bought myself the Pharamond Life TerraGrip yoga mat for Christmas last year. As a yoga instructor I wanted to treat myself to a good quality yoga mat that would last and most importantly, that wouldn't lose its grip. Pharamond Life tout the TerraGrip as the world's most grippy yoga mat so I thought it would be a good investment. Like others, I wasn't best pleased to see how easily these mats stain and mark. Infact, I was a bit embarrassed to roll it out for the first time in front of my class as it already looked like a well used and much stained mat that I hadn't bothered to clean. I felt this was something I could put up with though if it kept it's grip. 9 months later and I was finding that I was starting to slip in postures such as Downward Facing Dog. The grip has only got worse during the 3 months since then. I have contacted Pharamond Life twice for advice in the last few months but neither time has anyone bothered to reply. As others have said, they are very good at sending you emails encouraging you to buy more of their products but are not interested in addressing issues with the product you already have. I have followed the advice that came with the mat to wash it with water and a drop of washing up liquid after every 5 to 10 uses but this hasn't helped it retain its grip or reduced the stains I might add. I'm back where I was this time last year now, looking at forking out another lot of money on another mat to teach and practice on. Needless to say, it won't be a Pharamond Life mat.

Poor follow through and poor customer service

I ordered a mat that was available before Christmas and I never received it nor did I hear from the company. Then I reached out and they sent an email saying its now out of stock. Had difficulty getting my refund but I eventually did. Poor customer service but very adept at advertising to buy more items.

Very poor service

Very poor! Ordered an advertised yoga mat (shown as in stock) with a 2 day delivery. Chased company after 8 days, only to be told that my ordered mat was out of stock. It would have been nice to have been told sooner, as I now don’t have time to take an alternative delivery before Xmas. This company really do need to review their stock availability process and stop advertising products that they cannot deliver due to being out of stock. Very poor service and would definitely not use again!

Yoga mat ordered none in stock despite showing as IN STOCK on website

Ordered a Yoga mat 10 days ago after 9 days no Yoga mat.
So emailed and got this response.

We apologize for the delay, the demand has been so high for that colour that our systems failed to keep up.

However, we have Rose Pink colour available.

Would you like to receive it as an alternative?

If only I could zero stars

If only I could zero stars.

Ordered a Pro Yoga Mat in limited edition Jade Red on the 11th of December as a Christmas gift, thinking that the 2-3 tracked delivery meant I'd have it in plenty time for the 19th. Which is when I would be gifting it to my in-law.

On the 17th I emailed to say it was yet to arrive, and Shopify was saying it hadn't even been shipped out. I got a speedy response saying not only was the option I ordered sold out but all but one objectively hideous option was available. That option was also cheaper than my order and there was no reference to getting the difference refunded. Usually I'd assume that's a given but I'm not so sure here.

I was told their system "failed to keep up [with demand]". A laughable claim to anyone with any experience with retail software. Either you have a system that alerts the website team something is sold out or you don't. So it's either a lie or somebody failed to update the website. At the time of this review the website site still incorrectly cites most of the out of stock colours as in stock.

This lack of care is a real shame around Christmas. Especially such a lack of care when it's such a tough Christmas for many this year.

I was not made aware of a back order on one of my items. Received an email that my order was shipped. When it arrived I only received a partial. I reached out and they told me it won't be available to January or February. I should have been made aware of this at the time the order was placed.

No communication, poor service, zero customer support

I ordered a yoga mat on 3rd December. Took them over a week to tell me that the item was out of stock. Have received 15 junk emails, such as telling me how to care for my mat (which I am not in possession of still). I have several unanswered emails and 12 days later I'm still waiting for an honest response, whilst they sit on my (and no doubt others') money. I'm not sure where to go from here as I'm doubtful I'll ever hear from them again. Utterly dreadful customer service and shocking poorly maintained website which doesn't seem to keep up with supply and demand. I would never recommend them, nor use them again. One star is very generous

DO NOT BUY! Unless you want to waste your money and time!
I would give a "zero" stars but that option is unavailable.
I ordered Pharamond Pro Yoga Mat and a cover bag. This supposed to be a gift. Several days later I received only cover bag and no mat. I emailed to customer services. Its took them 2 days to reply to say that my choice of mat is out of stock. Even though it still available to order on the website. Should update the website, so people don't waste time and money. I was prepared to chose another option and reply with alternative arrangements. No response. I chased it up. Then contacted customer service via website. Finally, I received another email saying they overwhelmed at the moment. I am not surprised, if other people experience the same problem as me! My alternative choices also was not available. This supposed to be a gift and with the time ticking, I now have to desperately look for another alternative. I requested full refund. I also notified them in my original email that if thry cant supply yoga mat, I don't need a cover bag. It's no use to me. And asked them how to return it. In all additional emails they completely disregarded that. I received another email advising on Partial refund, just for the yoga mat they unable to provide. Nothing on the cover bag. I now left with cover bag which is no use to me and no mat. They are very quick to take your money but have no care or support if there are any issues on their behalf. Meantime, all the mats are available to order on their website. So be aware, they will charge you and you won't receive your order. It will cause you a lot off stress chasing up.

The mats are great and the service…

The mats are great and the service overall was good however when the mats I ordered were not in stock I had no communication about it and had expected them to arrive within 5 days. after 10 days i had to chase it up and find out what was happening and change the order and the colour of mat. so this part was not so good.
