No explanation of why delivery took of why it took nearly one month to deliver this mat. Several emails were not answered so I had no idea when this item would arrive. Not good customer service.

Mat doesn't lie flat. One end is permanently folded over. Makes it slip.

Poor services, I have ordered the items and have to Waite more then a week. Then I have to asked again, where they told me there is no stock and I have to Waite two more weeks to get the items but still with the wrong colour. If, there is no stock you should avoid that, so customers know that. I think this is not genuine now.

Yoga mat is wonderful! But I do question the amount of packaging used to send it. It's hardly breakable but came in a round box which in turn was in a square box with padding to stop it moving around. In this day and age is this really necessary?

I bought an Olive green Pro Yoga mat from Pharamond recently. I have tried both grippy/non-grippy towels + no towel on it, and have come away so disappointed. The mat offers very little grip and my hands and legs keep slipping all the time! Out of frustration I started doing my yoga on the studio floor, without the mat :(

The mat is probably ok for most poses in the Bikram Yoga series (except when you have to stretch your legs apart), but not good at all for the vinyasa/flow series (downward dog, warrior etc. as all these poses require quite a steady grip). Look out for other models on Pharamond, I suspect those would do much better in terms of providing that grip.

I love my yoga and didn't want to be held back by a mat that didn't feel safe. So I went ahead and bought a new one from a different brand which is doing the job!

My order was not dispatched until I got in contact with them. Customer service was really bad. Not impressed.

I love my terragrip mat. I’ve had it a few months now and it was a considered purchase, but I would 100% buy another one. The mat is absolutely non-slip (even with wet or sweaty hands) and the asana lines really help with alignment and correcting position. I’ve only been doing yoga and pilates for just over a year, but every time I throw done my pharamond life mat, I have a sense of pride in my achievements and look forward to the class. Even doing a simple balance in pilates, I can use the central asana ‘sun’, as I call it, to focus my attention.
Delivery was fast, packaging was really great and it felt very luxurious (I still have the cardboard tube lid as a pen holder on my desk!). Plant a tree initiative wasn't a huge selling point for me, but it was a lovely touch to be invited to do it after the purchase.

21/7/23 - still love my mat - 100% non slip.

All aspects of the trade went smooth and the product is top, as was marketed.

I recently ordered this yoga mat. It came beautifully packaged! I didn’t notice any strong chemical smell. I like the width & length (longer & wider than my current mat!) looks to be well made. To be determined how it wears!! Overall happy with the purchase!

After I waited approximately 2 weeks for my mat, I reached out to check on the status of my order placed 10/20/22 on 11/4/2022. Thankfully, Stephanie Grey from Zen Desk advised the color was OOS. I selected a new color & got my mat within a week.

Would anyone have contacted me at some point? Aren’t unfulfilled orders visible? I’m just not sure why I wasn’t notified to select a different color, any sooner.

Yoga mat good size and thickness, non slip on the floor. Surface that you stand on so non slip that sometimes difficult to move your feet!
