Great customer service and the mat is beautiful

It took too long to received my package. When I emailed your company to help trace the package I never got a response and I emailed three times. Your customer service was very poor.

My order took much longer than the expected 2-6 days. I had to reach out myself, 2+ weeks in, in order to find out that my chosen color was no longer available. Communication should be much better than this. If something is not available, it should NOT be still listed as available on the website.

My parcel never arrived despite me emailing the company 3 times. They've been wanted to charge me postage again for posting replacement item. I had to constantly chase them about the missing item and in the end had to get PayPal involved for my refund

Too many marketing emails! Less is more sometimes.

Delivered on time packaged well kept informed. And a great yoga mat that I couldn’t find any where else or anywhere near the quality.

The blocks were out of stock so I had to change my order I must have changed it 4 times and they were very patient with me. Great customer service

I can’t track my shipment with the tracking number and I haven’t heard from your customer support team. It’s been almost 2 weeks and I am not sure if I will receive my purchase.

Fantastic product - quick delivery.

Love my new PRO Eco Yoga Mat. It’s definitely bigger than those in the market. Texture and grip is solid.
Even though they were out of stocks for mint green yoga block, the plum colour is just as pretty.
Overall I love my purchase but not the delivery timeline. There were some issues in custom clearing and took longer than 7 business days. But the Customer Service Support was helpful and attentive. Thanks for your assistance 🙏🏻

I was looking for a non slippery yoga mat and Pharamond Life has delivered perfectly. The only downside is the mat stains easily. Other than that it's perfect.

I just received my Pharamond AsanaAlign mat. I have been a daily yoga practitioner for 11 years and have tried many name-brand mats. I wanted an alignment mat to help me adjust my asanas, allowing for my lumbar scoliosis. I was thrilled when I saw how light-weight, yet substantial the mat is. I then rolled it out and stepped onto the mat. Immediately, I realized the great traction the mat has (didn’t want to say ‘stickiness’). I needed to and could then easily align my feet in Warrior 2 using the 45 degrees lines on the mat (which I think of as “the diamond shaped” area).
I will tell my yogi friends of my new find!
I ordered a mat carrying bag, as well, - I hope it will fit my 2 yoga blocks!

Flawless purchase and delivery. Bonus tree! The mat is fantastic and exceeds expectations.

I bought the yoga mat for its grip which is very good. However I'm disappointed that the mat marks extremely easily, it shows water marks after wiping, but the worst part is that sweat dries as black marks on it. Will probably buy a different brand in future.

Really happy with the mat, lovely and light so easy to carry to classes. Much thicker than my very expensive mat. Overall very pleased.
