after i made the order i was trying to track my order emailed the customerservice 3x got no reply! then today aug 17 i tried checking my order is
says proccessed with no clue what time will it be delivered i set the date of delivery on the 18 w/c is tom until now i didn't get an answer and now just this very moment server can't be found anymore i think i'm going to be scamed 64$!!! gone i hope they know how hard it is to work for that money! for some reason website were working fine before i made the order snd after i paying bay paypal everything went from good to worst!

I made an order for 2 dozens of roses for delivery on Valentines. It was made specific in the order that delivery was to be made on the 14th. The online customer agent had confirmed the address before I made the order and said delivery would be made on time. However, delivery was made on the 13th and not on the 14th as promised, so kind of ruined the intention of flowers for Valentines. I ordered flowers for Valentines - not the 13th nor the 15th. Delivery on a specific date is a part of the product when your order flowers!
After delivery, I contacted customer service and asked about the early delivery and why I was not notified in advance, so I at least would have had the option of cancelling my order. It seemed that they suddenly got busy covering up their mistake by sending me a short email with a notification that my delivery would be on or before the 14th. But what use is that when this email came after a delivery notification? Totally useless. I then called customer service and they did not see the problem in not delivering on they date agreed. They kept saying they sent me an email notifying me about the early delivery, but somehow they could not get into their brain that this notifcation came AFTER the flowers were delivered. I do hope I will be compensated to some extent for not delivering as promised. That was afterall what I paid 2723 pesos for (71 USD)!
All in all a very disappointing experience. They did deliver flowers, but not on the agreed date. In my view delivery as promised is a crucial part of the service when ordering flowers. The handling of the case from customer service was totally unprofessional. I felt I was being completely ignored by customer service. I cannot recommend them to anyone else,
