I recently had my flat for sale through Philip Alexander and it was Elliott who was handling my flat, and I can tell you without any doubt, clients support is amazing, I would recommend PHILIP ALEXANDER.

Thanks to Elliott for looking after us during a flat purchase. His approach was always very professional and he was a fount of knowledge on the particular development we were looking to buy in, as well as the complexities of the leasehold process.

Elliott was great throughout. This transaction became complex at the end and we were advised well, everyone remained appropriately focused in getting the deal over the line for the benefit of all, and he was always available and kept us informed. A big thanks as I am not sure the transaction would have occurred without him.

Elliott was with me every step of the way as a first time buyer. What is undoubtedly a stressful process was made much easier as he was always available to assist with any queries and very prompt with all communications. I would reccommend Elliott to anyone buying a property.

Having been a Landlord with Philip Alexander for over 7 years I can honestly say the service they provide is outstanding. From finding excellent tenants who stay a number of years, to prompt collection and payment of the rent, to dealing with a whole host of issues quickly and efficiently (including re-decoration and replacing appliances) they have been efficient with excellent communication. I have never had to chase them up about anything. I find their fees highly competitive and unusually when dealing with an estate agent I don't mind paying them a single penny. Everyone we have dealt with has been amazing but our current Property Manager, Alexandra Sotelo is a particular star!

After contacting Bobby for a viewing for a rental property, we were quickly able to view the property where all our questions were answered and made to feel at ease about the letting process. Bobby was excellent at communication and walked us through the offer process which definitely helped as we were accepted soon after! As we went through the lease-agreement, Paris was our main point of contact and she went above and beyond to answer our questions and expedite the process. Felt in very good hands between these two, and the result has been the smoothest property rental process we've ever been through. We thought selecting Philip Alexander Estate Agents was the best option to sell our flat. They are local, affordable and had the best knowledge to sell the flats in our development. Their experience was paramount to our sale. Elliott and Rob were very professional and extremely responsive. Our sale was compromised at times due to circumstance outside our powers. Elliott was particulary quick and crucial in reaching out to the potential buyer/solicitor and reaching out to new buyers . His patience was applaudable and impressive and in the end, we had the best outcome ever. As selling a property from abroad (Australia) posed its challenges, we were very happy with their services, especially communications wise: phone/ email. That overseas call from Elliott to us telling us we had completed the sale, really shows the care put into their service.

Professionals with capital P. Whenever I needed help sorting out issues on my flat, they were available to help me out. Relationship with the team is more than a relationship of a tenant and an agent... they are your friends and they care about you and issues you have. Always friendly and polite when you call them, with a smile in their face when you pop around the office when needed. They have been helping me the last 5 years and I have 0 complaints or anything bad to report to anyone. Trust them because they will be with you all the way!!! This is really what you want as a customer... Special praise to Lauren Huckle, my family's property manager...or better say our guardian angel. Lauren at PA has been an excellent property manager during my tenancy. She is both efficient and effective at dealing with any problems, in addition to being a great communicator. She is also incredibly personable and a pleasure to deal with!
