Really grateful to have had Rob at Philip Alexander support my recent transaction through lockdown. With all the uncertainty, Rob was so proactive and genuinely helpful throughout - regularly communicating with me and following up with solicitors. I really highly recommend this Estate Agent, massive thank you.

Can certainly recommend PA as rental and sales agents. They first of all handled the rental of the property for a number of years after my daughter moved to the US and then this year its sale.

The sale process started in February but then ran into the Covid lockdown so took longer than everyone expected. During the lockdown and subsequent period I was able to maintain good and quick communications with Mari, Rob & Alex which was much appreciated as I live in Scotland and was travel restricted for most of the period.

I would thoroughly recommend Rob from PhilipAlexander to sell your property! Rob had the very difficult task of selling my flat during lock down!

He was honest, knowledgeable and super efficient, all ending in a great sale!

Best agent I have dealt with since renting in London. They have found me property which I was looking for, straight forward procedure and best management service ensuring we settle well in our new home !! 5 stars!

We paid 3 months rent upfront for all necessary works to be carried out before we moved in to the property. we arrived to a property that was unclean, fully furnished (which we requested unfurnished) a dangerous garden with loose steps and in a very bad state.
Complete lack of communication on Philip Alexander’s behalf.

After using a variety of different agencies, I have had impeccable service from PhilipAlexander. I struggled to sell my flat in crouch end with other agencies for a while which was really frustrating. `PhilipAlexander used their local knowledge to sell my property within a month of listing! And I got the asking price which I thought was an impossible feat. They clearly know the local area better than their competitors, and this gave them an edge that helped me a lot. If you want to sell in crouch end don't even bother with other estate agents - Great service, professional staff and really attentive and caring. Thank you once again.

Outstanding agency. Having used them for 5 years I cant fault them, they are efficient in every aspect of the job whether sales or lettings, The after sales is brilliant and the administration excellent too. They have continuity in their staff and in my experience they deliver professionalism across the board. They actually give Estate Agency a good name.

We had the pleasure of working with Thomas, initially, and then Sinead on behalf of Philip Alexander. Thomas helped promptly with the flat viewings whilst coming across as very friendly and without pushing us to make an offer. Once we made an offer we worked with Sinead who was of tremendous help with progressing to contract signature and supporting with the various logistical details of our move, e.g. parking arrangements. Her professionalism and responsiveness removed lots of stress from our minds.

We have just completed a purchase, having found our new home through Philip Alexander. Rob and Phil were great to work with.
