I have been a client Landlord with PhilAlexander for 16 years and got to know the co-founders, Phil and Alex quite well. What you get from them is professionalism, efficiency and the personal touch. Recently, PhilAlexander managed the sale of a property for me and Rob, the Manager was a perfect embodiment of the core values that the agency stands for. So, I am very grateful to everyone at PhilAlexander for all the services they rendered to me for so many years.

I put my flat on the market with Philip Alexander earlier this year. My two points of contact, Rob and Elliott, were very professional at all stages, always responding to queries in a timely and reassuring fashion. It was great dealing with Philip Alexander through what is invariably a stressful process, and I would highly recommend them. Five stars and no complaints.

Instinctively, I have never been a fan of Estate Agents until I met Rob Kraushar at Philip Alexander.

At the point where I was desperately needing to rent out my house, I was delighted by the enthusiasm and care that Rob showed the minute he walked into my little house, as well as by the pace at which he worked - firstly getting their photographer to take wonderful pictures, and then at lightening speed, to present my house for rent on their website. Within hours seemingly, the perfect tenant (previously unheard of in all my 13 years of renting), was found.

Six months later when it came to selling my house, PA were the obvious choice of support. It was a long process to sell it, with an arduous amount of to-ing and fro-ing between the buyers, solicitors and me, but with Rob and Elliott's consistent help, diplomacy and determination (seemingly on hand pretty much at all times, whenever I had a burning question or needed to moan), we all arrived at the desired outcome.

I would very much like to thank Rob and Elliott and their colleagues for their transparency, professionalism, and skilful counselling throughout.

For all of those other Estate Agent sceptics out there... you may be pleasantly surprised with these folk; they've really got your back.

We recently sold and bought our properties through Philip Alexander and as stressful as the process was we could not have got through it without the wonderful Elliott! His calm nature and professional manner was helpful and most welcomed during some extremely difficult times. Elliott was very quick to respond to our queries and went above and beyond the call of duty on many occasions which my husband and I are very grateful for. We’ve gone with larger estate agents before and the service left a lot to be desired. The agents were thorough, easy to deal with and had great local knowledge. A good offer came through very quickly from buyers who were on the agents books looking for a property.

I've recently bought a property through Philip Alexander Estate agents. I first viewed property with their employee Joshua Oyibo and continued with him through to completion. Joshua has a way of being very professional and with a natural honest approach (not that common always with estate agents :-) ). He was on the case all the way through and followed up solicitors and vender when things were going slow. Very capable young man I'm sure he will go far. We are currently renting through Philip Alexander and we are very happy with their service! Everyone we have spoken to so far have been super friendly and helpful. The letting agent Josh went above and beyond to help us find a perfect place in a desired area. Conor, who is our property manager, is absolutely great too! He helps us out with all the issues we come across and makes sure they get addressed quickly. They’re by far the best estate agent we have dealt with in Crouch End/Hornsey. Would definitely recommend!

The team at Philip Alexander were fantastic. Their, professionalism, straight-talking approach and dedication were a critical part in securing the sale of my property.
