Very helpful customer service
My wife and I have had a number of Phonak hearing aids and accessories. Every time we have emailed them in the UK asking for information they have replied promptly and been very helpful. The same goes for Advanced Bionics, their partner, with my wife's new Cochlear Implant, so we can't recommend them highly enough.
I bought two Phonak marvel rechargeable…
I bought two Phonak marvel rechargeable hearing aids, costing just over £3000 .
They were great for about 2 weeks, but the left hearing aid stopped recharging, a few days later the right hearing aid’ volume adjustment stopped working while receiving a buzzing noise in my ear.
I have therefore returned the hearing aids back to the audiologist and asked for a refund.
I was influenced by all the positive reviews to purchase these hearing aids, but for me ,it hasn’t proved to be the case.
Charges for On Line Help …
My very elderly mother has just paid £2.5K for Phonak hearing aids and the on line help wants a further £5 to trouble shoot a problem. Not happy this is not the service I expect.
