DO NOT USE!

No payment, no returned phones, nothing! Not even a return e-mail or phone call (number on website wont dial) been waiting 5 months so far

They promised £250 then when they had my phone offered £120.
Would not send the phone back. Sent a cheque that bounced. I got a County Court judgement against them - not bothered. I paid for bailiffs to go there - no bothered - just lied that they had ceased trading. Cost me £100 in court fees as well as my phone. SCUM.

I sent 2 phones and no payment up to now. I regret I did not check the reviews beforehand. I should have sent to another company for a lower quote.
They are criminals and should be treated as such!

"Sold" them my phone at Christmas and 4 months later no payment. I received an email saying my payment would be processed yet I'm still waiting! They either don't answer the phone or emails or they give false promises of payment. My next step is the small claims court as I'm sick of companies thinking they have the power!! Do not use them and please tell others not to use them!!

6 Months, and no payment. Its only £16.50 - just pay me please! You've had my phone (and confirmed receipt of it). I have sent numerous communications, and now find out you've been on BBC watchdog for doing this to other customers. Taking an item and not paying for it is THEFT.

This company stole my daughters iphone. They have not returned it nor have they paid her. They do not answer our calls and we cannot take out legal action against them until we have alternative dispute resolution in the first instance. Bit hard to mediate when they not responding. Next step is legal advice. They should not be allowed to get away with this it is a criminal offence to hold onto people's property therefore police now notified. BBC Watchdog had done a programme on them, see YouTube. DO NOT SEND YOUR PHONE TO THIS COMPANY!!

They will take your phone and that's the last you will hear from them. Will not reply to E-mails and if you do find their phone number they will not answer. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

My experience...
Sent an phone valued at £260 in October 2016 (mint iPhone 6)
Price was halved to £130 due to a mysterious screen fault.
Re negotiated back up to £220 (the one time i managed to get through on the phone) and money was "guaranteed" to be in my account within 5 working days.
Cheque arrived end of February 2017
Check bounced.
5 emails sent and 10+ phone calls attempted..

I can only assume the company is having some serious cash flow issues and never set out intentionally to rip so many people off, but they have.

My advice, take the lower offer from a company like Mazuma. I have sold many phones with them and never had a single issue. I wish i had on this occasion and will do in the future.

I sent 2 iphones and received a cheque put it into bank last Monday and its came back rejected. They wont answer the telephone or emails. THINK A SMALL CLAIM MIGHT BE REQUIRED

Awful company. Sent phone off in Jan 2016. I was promised payment in 10 days. Received nothing. Received bounced check in October 2016. I phoned and they took my bank details for a BACs payment. No money received again. Another cheque received in Feb 2017. That bounced. Countless emails sent which they do not respond to. They should be shut down.

I sent them my phone in January and received an e-mail on the 10th February stating my Payment of £24 would be sent in 10 days to my Bank Account.
Todate nothing, you can`t speak to them and they do not answer e-mails.

Offered me a price, then reduced it on receipt. I still accepted the offer- but 4 months on I have not received a penny. I have tried e mailing and phoning- but get no response. Just a bunch of thieves- avoid at all costs!

Its been over 4 months and they offered me £100 less than original for my phones however i just accepted it as i could not pay the price to have the phones returned to me. They have still not sent the money back or my phones. The customer service woman i spoke to was abusive and unprofessional.

I used this company as recommended on a cashback website. Offered the best rate for my perfect condition phone yet when they received it, they took money off for scratches and dents that weren't there.

Do as i did, take photos of the phone before you send and wrap perfectly before you send. Then keep on top of them by calling everyday and hassling them. Got my "reduced amount" eventually but wouldn't recommend using them. Even if they offer you more money, they will take your phone and reduce how much they originally offered to pay you. I got paid, as I said, but looks like a few people haven't got what they were expecting to receive. Be aware.

Similar story to many other reviews. Offer a reduced price than advertised, no payments to account, will not pick up telephone calls, or respond to emails or letters. After 5 months receive a cheque that bounces, they were subjected to a Watchdog investigation and still ripping people off. I have raise the issue with trading standards, avoid at all cost.

STEER CLEAR

Do not send your phone to these thieves they will offer a very good price for your phone but when they receive it they offer you a lot less, then they don't send you your money, I am still fighting these scumbags to get my money after 4 months now I have to take them to court.

Offered £100 online then reduced to £85 because an "as new" phone was covered in scratches. No payment, no response to emails and no one to phone (answering machine which goes on and on). Got a response after a negative review on Facebook abut nothing happened. Started sending the loads of mail using their prepaid labels and got a cheque. It bounced as soon as it came through the letter box.

Similar to other reviews, sent iPhone in December, offered a reduced price, I didn't accept and requested return of my phone. Still waiting therefore now filing a small claim. Do not use under any circumstances
