Cheque received 17 February 2017

In good faith I sent 2 mobile phones to them after receiving an offer price of £44 + refund of postage paid making a total of £48.10. They told me in an e mail that the phones were OK and payment would be made shortly. This was in November 2016. After numerous text messages the cheque was dated 10 January 2017, the envelope post marked 16 January 2017 and the post office delivered the letter on 17 February 2017 so it appears as though the delay was caused by delays in the postal service ?

This is a Scam

They take your phone make you an offer, then just never pay the money to you
I can't believe trading standards or another relative body has not closed them down yet
as they are basically thieves

Awful please do not use!

Same story as everyone else. They received iPhone in November 2016, then lowered price which I accepted immediately in beginning of December. Still waiting for my money. Sent several emails which they haven't responded to and left posts on their Facebook page but to no avail!
I have never had such a poor experience with any company in the past and would not recommend them! If they don't pay me I am going to take legal action.
Update: sent a cheque last week- it bounced!!! Now taken legal action

SCAM!!!

I had a Huawei P8 Lite used condition. Which I was quoted £75 for for this reason I sent my phone to them. I was later informed their offer is £20 as they said it was bent. I know my phone was not bent and I said to them that's not true. I asked for my phone to be sent back to me and they said I need to transfer £15 to them to do that. I didn't agree and I said I can send a prepaid envelope to them in which they can send my phone back to me. They said they can't do that. They later offered me £32.50 which included the cost of my postage cost. This was agreed on 16/01/2017, I was told it will take 10 working days for the money to arrive in my account. However it has been 3 weeks today (15 working days). No money has come to my account!

I would avoid using this company as they over price your goods to get your attraction and you later get quoted very minimum. And if your not happy with that they will ask for £15 to have your get sent back to you but I doubt they will actually send it back to you. I am also going to report their company to trading standards as consumers are getting ripped off.

Rubbish company

These people have had my phone for 3 months after a very much reduced offer accepted, I still haven't received my money and on hold for a ridiculously length of time to find out where my money is.

Appauling service

On 5th December 2016 this I accepted an offer from these people to buy my phone. On 5th January 2017 they apologised for not paying me and stated that they would do so urgently. Today, 6th February despite several, unacknowledged, reminders I have still not received the payment!

Update. After the review above a cheque arrived 4 days later. No apology or explanation.

DO NOT TRUST - BASICALLY STEAL YOUR PHONE

They do not pay you. They state your phone has scratches etc, when in fact my phone was almost brand new after being in covers all the time and sent to them in the original packaging. DO NOT trust this company. They do not respond to any correspondence. If anyone knows how to get your phone back or the money for this please post.

Still not received payment

Sent in 2 tablets December, received an email Wednesday, 7 December 2016, 22:59 Subject: Success! Your order has been successfully processed. Not heard anything from them since. Got through to them once on the phone and they said it could take 21 days to process the payment with them being so busy before Christmas. I left it until January before contacting them again by phone, no answer, just recording and no replies to my emails!

Do Not Trust! They will not pay!

I sent an Apple iPhone 5c in November 2016. A price was agreed - significantly lower than the original! - 25th November. It is now February 2017 and I have not yet received payment. I have sent multiple emails which have not been replied to. I have tried multiple times to call them and can never get through! It cost me about £5 ish to send the phone in the first place! Do not send them anything! They are clearly thieves!

No contact no payment!

This company took delivery of 3 Samsung S5 mobile phones and never paid me for them. Every time I have tried to contract them there is no answer and no reply to emails.

Absolutely atrocious company. Would recommend 0 stars if possible.

They confirmed receipt of phone on December 12th 2016, After 15 days I rang up and they said they would try the bank transfer again. And another 2 weeks of nothing, I rang up and they said "Your cheque must've gotten lost in the post" when there is no cheque in the first place.

Extremely sketchy company, am now seeking legal advice on ground to claim money and interest due to the obvious lying by customer service team, and essentially theft.

Any other recycling company is preferred to this company, I will tell anyone who listens how bad this service is to make sure they don't scam anyone else.

Scam

Please don't use this company, first of all they will say they haven't received your item but then when you prove you have the tracking number they find it. Then they change the amount they are offering I sent mine in as faulty but they have still reduced the price. I agreed a fee this was 5th Dec 2016 still no money I used to get some replies but I think they have blocked my email address also don't bother trying to call them they will never get through. Please take note of the reviews about this company I learnt the hard way :(

UPDATE: I was so shocked that after posting this with ref no. I received a cheque 2days later. So if you are reading this and waiting for money its worth a try!! Good luck :)

First day your tablet never arrived. Then lie about paying for it when they admit it did arrive

If you have any sense you will stay well clear of this company. Sent a tablet in on the 13th of December 2016. Did not here anything for 4 weeks and after ringing them about 100 times they finally answered. They claimed they never received the tablet. When I said I have proof they did receive it and I am contacting the police they admitted they have now received it and my payment which wasn't correct would be in my bank within 8 working days. 4 weeks later still no payment received. Tryied speaking to them on the phone but when you do get through they then hang up when you mention money hasn't been payed. Also spoke to what is supposed to be the manager mr Khan who oppoligised and said payment would be in within the next two hours. Surprisingly no money is paid and you ring them again and they say all there reposentatives are busy with other customers. Then after a while you get through but they let the phone ring on and on and don't answer. When you can get through the same person always say can I put you on hold for a minute and the hangs up on you. Now reporting them to trading standards and contacting watchdog. So please if you value your items stay clear of this company.

AVOID

Same as everyone else, took my 2 phones and lowered the price although I know they weren't damaged! Accepted to avoid hastle and have never paid! I have now filed against them at small claims court online for a £25 fee which they've never replied to so judgement is in my favour and now the courts are making them pay including the £25 court fee back, further down the feed is a lawyer who was scammed and advised this route as they're still trading!

Where is my money!?

I described my phone very accurately and they quoted me £50 for a Nokia Lumia 930. Once I sent it, they could only offer £42.50 due to "scuff marks al over body" which I accepted as I could not be bothered to argue. This was agreed via email and on 09/11/16 and it is now 30/01/17 and I still have not been paid!

I have also phoned several times and they picked up once. I explained to them the situation and I was placed on hold for 25 minutes and I eventually gave up!

FRAUD

I sent 3 phones in and they immediately lowered the original offer by a third referring to clearly made up reasons. I accepted the offer anyway. Now after weeks I still haven't got paid.

I fully intend to take this to the police as I can't believe a company like this is still allowed to operate. I hope everyone will do the same.

I sent my phone off in November 2016. Still waiting for payment

I sent my phone off in November 2016. They agreed to pay me a good price but then said it wasn't up to their standards so gave me a counter offer (a third less) but I thought, OK well its still something, accepted this offer, they emailed to say all gone through and payment on its way....now end of January and no money. Sent emails and tried the support phone number and got nowhere...no replies to anything what can I do?!?
