BEWARE!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!! 🤡
I have had endless problems with this company, I will never use them again !!!
I have not once had a response to my emails, and I've had to spend endless days trying to reach them on the phone!!
You will not get your payment within 48 hours it can take 10 days or more and it is a lot less than what they say they will offer you!!! 😡😡😡
do not anserwe emails cant get through on phone .waiting for payment
sent two phones in nov.one email from them nothing since .sent email for payment every day .no reply .rang number 16 times message to hang up ring back all busy .still not been paid .seems they have stollen my phones and i cannot contact them appaulling service .
Avoid like the plague!
Like others, I sent my phone off in good faith, only to be told the back was scratched and the offer was 25% less. Some 6/7 weeks later I'm still waiting to be paid. After a week or so I received a phone call from them saying my bank details were incorrect. Not being willing to give that info to what could well have been a phishing attempt, I emailed them with the details and am still unpaid. Despite actually once managing to get through to a person on the phone and being told that payment would be done that very day, and despite 2 subsequent emails, I am still waiting. Unlike an earlier reviewer, I have been unable to find a separate phone number for Sa Corp., the parent company. Email to Birmingham Trading Standards has been sent!
Another 2 days on - matter reported to Birmingham Trading Standards via email & online via Citizens Advice. Advised company is being investigated.Only concern - is it fraud or theft, probably both!
Note that review which gave the alternate phone number has been taken down - I've searched various websites including Companies House - no sign of any other number anywhere! Watchdog next stop!
Do not use this company!!
It has now been weeks since they received my phone, still no payment. Tried many times to call, never been able to get to speak to anyone, emailed many times never any reply, Not quite sure where to go from here, think it will have to be trading standards!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
Best price and no hassle.
Non payment of phone.
Phone recyclers do just that, recycle your phone. Only problem is they don't pay you, they've had my phone for over a month now and as yet I've still not received any money even though they've made far more from reselling the phone than what I'm supposed to get. If I could rate less than one star I would.
Poor service no response my phone has arrived on the 1/12/2016 no sign of money !!!
Poor service and still the money hasn't been trasfer in to my account !!!!!! Stay a way
I'm in contact with solicitor and trade standards!!
Avoid like the plague!!!
Like other reviewers I sent my phone and was offered half the price and they haven't even paid the money after a month of receiving their email. I've sent numerous emails which have all been ignored! They obviously make their money from hoping people will get fed up of asking them for it. I will be making a point of getting my money and reporting you to trading standards!
Update: I used the comparison site sell my mobile to search for prices and I complained directly to them. I have received payment today.
Good Service
Good service and easy to use. I was a bit disappointed as my phone was apparently damaged and I received 25% less than I was expecting.
Smooth Operators
Excellent service from using labels provided to ease of handling . I would have no hesitation in recommendingg
Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!!!
They take your phone and do pay. Do not send your phone to these people. No customer service. Rang and emailed. Avoid. Waiting over a month and still not money. In my book they have stolen my phone.
Waited one month for payment
I sent my Sony xperia Z3 to phone recyclers as they offered me a very generous £108, after receiving my phone they reduced the offer to £81 because it apparently had deep scratches on the back which it did not, however most other companies were offering about this amount so I accepted.
The next day I received an email telling me my order had been successfully processed and my payment will arrive in my bank account shortly, that was on the 19th November, Today is the 16th December.
I sent numerous emails to phone recyclers and spent hours trying to get through on the phone number provided, eventually I tried phoning their parent company Sa Corporation (I can not provide the tel. no. here as this review will probably be taken down) the number is freely available on the internet, to my surprise I got through straight away to a very nice gentleman, I gave him my reference number and he processed my payment then and there, I had internet banking open on my laptop and I could see the Money going in to my account.
So after a Month of sending emails and making phone calls to an automated message the solution is to call Sa Corporation direct.
I really hope this review helps someone else.
No payment after two weeks!!!
Sent off my phones was offered about 10% less than advertised which I accepted on 28 Nov. Now on 15 Dec still can't even get a response to emails it anyone to answer the phone!! If anyone else has a Tel no other than the one on their site please post it on here.
Not surprised to see them on Rip off Britain
Very disappointed, tried to claim the phone was damaged on receipt, it was in perfect condition and still in original box.
When I refused the lower price offered, they suddenly paid the original price with no further queries.
Two weeks later, they were featured on TV doing the exact same thing, but were caught out by the programme researchers.
I would not use them again, or recommend them. Go somewhere else.
Dreadful service, a fiddle
Like others, I was offered way below my phone's proper value on the basis of a spurious inspection which appeared to make up faults. I asked them to return the phone but they countered with a slightly higher offer, also unacceptable. I eventually gave a sum I'd be happy with, then silence. Had to chase twice and eventually got an automated email saying my phone had been processed successfully and that I would be paid within 10 days. Had to chase 14 days later. No acknowledgement, just the money in my bank account three days later. The whole things looks and feels like a scam. Should have stuck with FoneHub.
Thieves
Do not use. Took my phone and ceased replying to emails. Will be filing a court claim and reporting to police online fraud.

Still unpaid. They have had my phone and agreement since 21/11/2016. My bank takes a maximum of two hours to transfer money in to my account and payments leave immediately. This money is essential to me so please sort. How can you always be busy with other Customers.
Thieves !!!where is my money?
I placed an order on 27/10/2016 .They offered to pay me 42 pounds for my phone, which was in perfect condition, but after they received it, they offer me less money using cheap excuses. They told me that they were going to process my payment as I have accepted the new price but I have not yet received it and today is 15/12/16. I have called hundreds of times and no one picks up the phone, I have emailed them and they do not respond. I also send them a letter by post by they did not give any news. Do not use this company, they are scammers.
Update: Today, finally they pay me !! I have used the phone number that I saw in another review to talk with them.
Robbing Lying Thieves - DONT use them
I sent my phone after being quoted £80 for it, great instructions on how to send. I got the email to say received and that it was damaged, a brand new phone with damage on the casing is untrue, however their revised offer was £72 so I accepted. I received the email saying my order had been processed and money would be in the bank shortly.....that was 9 days ago, still waiting. I called last week got the answer phone and so I persisted and kept dialling, eventually got through to a chap who couldn't speak English very well and he told me 10 to 15 days for the money. I quoted his facebook page of 48 hours and told him he was in breach of trading standards but he claimed not to understand me and kept repeating 15 days. I told him I was reporting him to the police, trading standards and action fraud and he couldn't give a damn!! I have sent two emails both not answered either. I just read a review and found a number someone has used today to get paid so I will try that tomorrow but I am not holding my breath. I will report their website to Action Fraud and recommend all of you do the same.
FRAUDSTERS
