Cheap and fast

The editor is limited in layouts,, and it it would be nice to be able to save custom ones. It also doesn't save some againconfigurations when opening projects again.

It would also be nice to export the online version to pdf.

The photobook was very expensive, but good quality. My interactions with the customer service folks were always friendly and helpful.

It is worth noting though, that in spite of being called "Photobook UK", the company is based in Malaysia and ships from there. This is not made clear on their website or in the shipping details. When you pay the extra for rush delivery, they do use DHL express - but it still has to travel around the world and still takes at least a week. Keep this in mind when ordering.

I needed my bookmarks for book a event yesterday! Photobook created and delivered them in record time. So satisfied with the quality of the paper, print, and colors. Thank you!

That's first time I use on-line orders in the photo area. I am pleased with the quality of the pictures and the delivery service in a very short time. I cannot compare with others photo shops..this is my first time. And in future I will continue my projects with you.

I have been using Photobook since 2014 and have completed 20 books with another in the pipeline. I love how the books are easily accessible and are often a quick reference or reminder of past trips and events. I was even asked recently to do a book for a friend's daughter's wedding. I believe some tips and tricks to the site could be improved, but I cannot fault the quality and service received from Photobook.

Super fast delivery and easy to use. Prices are fantastic for what you get and the books are top quality even at the standard level. Will definitely be using again!

This crowd have lovely products on the website but as many people mentioned before me beware of the hidden import taxes they forget to mention. I also paid for express shipping as I wanted the frame to arrive before mother's day and unfortunately it will be here 3 days later. I will not order from them again and would recommend to stay away from this website.

DO NOT USE -Malaysia based company (even photobookUK is based there). Hence long shipping times despite paying for speedy delivery, large shipping fees and now being asked to pay huge customs charge with no warning. Missed the event this book was ordered for by a month and still no sign of it. Never again.

They refused to edit the e-photobooklet that has been generated with duplicate pages while they have been informed immeditaly about the issue. Extremely disappointing experoenece given the amount paid.

Amazing and unique product where can capture and print out the precious moment with the beloved. Variety of choices for user to pick their preferable product.

Easy to order, good quality

The quality of the final product was exceptional. The attention to detail, from the vibrant color reproduction to the sharp image resolution, was outstanding. Each page of the photobook felt sturdy and well-crafted, assuring me of its durability and longevity. The paper used was of high quality, enhancing the overall visual appeal and feel of the photobook.

After posting my experience here, this scum bag company has contacted me trying to pervert the situation in a way where I am trying to get a free misprinted laptop sleeve. No, you sent me a defective laptop sleeve with a totally broken zip, it was completely unusable from day 1 because I couldn't move the zip to get anything inside it, even with some force. What's worse is that it was obviously, clearly defective with the plastic broken in an unmissable way and this company sent it to me knowing full well that I'd be extremely unhappy with my not fit for purpose (not fit for anything) product. Now this company tries to slime it's way out of a refund, tries to get me to name other reasons for why I want a refund (like I need another reason other than it being totally worthless and not as described) and they are misusing my data and trying to harass me on a phone number I provided for delivery purposes only. Paypal will refund me 100%, there's no doubt about that, they've already said they would and you frauds totally devoid of any professionalism or morals are only making the situation worse for yourselves. It's only a tiny bit of money to me but the way you've handled this... I am going to bring my case to the UKICC and teach you frauds a lesson.

STOP ORDERING FROM THEM, THEY ARE SCAMS!!! THEY WON’T SEND THE PHOTOS AFTER YOU PAY IT! My Order number is FP244732136912 , IT’S WRITTEN IT’S BEEN DISPATCHED ON FEBRUARY 9th 2023. BUT I HAVE’NT RECEIVED UNTIL NOW!! I TRIED TO CONTACT WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OF COURSE IT IS NOT WORKING!!

They hide the fact the books are not printed in the country their Web site is based in. I ordered off the usa site for delivery to usa and the uk website for delivery to UK, but they are delivered from the far East, they only make this clear after you check out where they add huge shipping fees and then say you might also be liable for import tax. At this point I had already spent a day creating my photobook and couldn't face starting all over with another company. Very underhand and I would never use them again. No idea of the quality yet as it is taking ages to arrive.
