Excellent Quality and very good value
Excellent Quality and very good value. Only ordered 10 as a trial before ordering more for sale at an exhibition. Colour more subdued, not as true as the original but, only people familiar with the original would notice and as a representation, not bad at all. It won’t stop me ordering another batch.

Flexible and easy book design
I’ve created 45 photo books with Photobox over the last twelve years beginning with Bonusprint before the companies merged. It’s a fantastic way of accessing my digital photos into physical books with good quality printing. Very easy to design my own books using easy flexible tools in any layout I want for every page. It’s also great to to be able to send digital links to my books to my friends and family.

The photobook looks great, I'm pleased with it. Although we got a discount it's still quite expensive. Sometimes the limitations put on the layouts can be frustrating, and the stickers and colours can get a bit repetitive. But overall have used and will use Photobox again. The delivery was faster than expected too.

A user friendly website and app
A user friendly website and app, makes it easy to create products. I’ve used Photobox many times and would definitely recommend. The photo books are lovely and it’s worth paying the extra bit of money for the flat-lay books so the spine doesn’t bend.

Horrendous service
Horrendous service since switching from Royal Mail to Evri. Placed 2 orders a fortnight ago express delivery. Both delayed and both reprinted multiple times as Evri are not picking up orders and they therefore cannot be accounted for. Am on my second lot of reprints and the same thing has happened. Evri haven’t collected them. Avoid. Will not offer refund or provide any explanation as to why they are being collect by courier.

Good product, bad customer care
Very happy with the product. But paid £15.99 for named day delivery - it didn’t arrive on the date so I asked for postage to be refunded but was told no. I understand that delays can happen, but think charging that much then refusing to refund when it isn’t delivered is poor.

I found changing layout difficult so…
I found changing layout difficult so stuck to one photo per page which wasn’t what I preferred. I wish you could do corrections check. I have a photo title on the wrong page which is mostly hidden but spoils the album. There was an exclamation on one page about text not fitting but I kept trying to change the heading I wanted but the hidden one was same as next page which had same words in correct place. An email to check would have improved album.

Engagement reminder
I recently stayed at Hever Castle and while there, got engaged. I was able to collect all the photos I had taken over the weekend and put them into a long lasting reminder of our amazing weekend. The book was easy to choose and edit, I chose gloss pages although I won't for the next one I do. The process and delivery was smooth, easy and quick. The price was also very good. the book arrived in great condition and looks lovely on our coffee table. I would highly recommend.

Five starts because your company deserves this. Been ordering books and metals for years. When I have an issue you alway address quickly, with care and in a really great fashion. (I just wish you would protect some of your hard cover books better in transit!- then I’d never have any issues!).

I was very pleased with the book - it was a super record of a special holiday. The template was fairly easy to use and results were great - I am sure one could do different things if you knew how to- but still possible to get great result as a beginner. Very happy customer!
