Very happy with the product. But paid £15.99 for named day delivery - it didn’t arrive on the date so I asked for postage to be refunded but was told no. I understand that delays can happen, but think charging that much then refusing to refund when it isn’t delivered is poor.

I found changing layout difficult so stuck to one photo per page which wasn’t what I preferred. I wish you could do corrections check. I have a photo title on the wrong page which is mostly hidden but spoils the album. There was an exclamation on one page about text not fitting but I kept trying to change the heading I wanted but the hidden one was same as next page which had same words in correct place. An email to check would have improved album.

I recently stayed at Hever Castle and while there, got engaged. I was able to collect all the photos I had taken over the weekend and put them into a long lasting reminder of our amazing weekend. The book was easy to choose and edit, I chose gloss pages although I won't for the next one I do. The process and delivery was smooth, easy and quick. The price was also very good. the book arrived in great condition and looks lovely on our coffee table. I would highly recommend.

Five starts because your company deserves this. Been ordering books and metals for years. When I have an issue you alway address quickly, with care and in a really great fashion. (I just wish you would protect some of your hard cover books better in transit!- then I’d never have any issues!).

I was very pleased with the book - it was a super record of a special holiday. The template was fairly easy to use and results were great - I am sure one could do different things if you knew how to- but still possible to get great result as a beginner. Very happy customer!

It takes quite a while to navigate / get used to the process - it’s worth it but quite a challenge to upload photos and create your own desired result

Excellent way to record holidays, special events etc. Quick and easy to use. Have made nearly 20 photo books

Poor as heads were partially cut off to meet size, not the photo adjusted so it would fit. Waste of money

Picture quality is good. options for photobooks are quite good.
Did not find the technique for creating the photobook very easy as it has changed slightly since my previous album.
Not sure why what I thought would be the front cover has been made as the back cover.

I paid for express delivery, to ensure my order would arrive on time, only to receive a notification that it would be delayed longer than what standard delivery would have been. When i contacted Photobox via the chat function, I had to wait over 90 minutes for a response, despite there being only 'one person' in front of me on the queue. Once i got a response, i was told to allow 5 days after the expected delivery date, and the chat was ended, with no resolution but to simply wait. Whether its the couriers issue or not, Photobox choose the courier. Do better.

Downloaded the app and put together a a book of memories for the wife! First time I have used the app and it was very straightforward to use. Easy to add and move images about, I used my own layout but the suggested format would work for most. The was ordred, printed and delivered on time and the result is very good. I chose lay flat and gloss pages, worth the extra! I have had several books produced by Photobox over the years and the quality has alwys been excellent. On to the next project.

Dont pay for express delivery. It wont arrive on time or any quicker.

Customer service is a terrible chat bot called Clara and if you need a human you will be waiting hours.

No email servive to request compensation for failed postage times or log a complaint if anything goes wrong.

I'm extremely pleased with the photobook I created using the Photobox tools. One of my best yet.

Straightforward to order my prints. Reasonable pricing. Swift delivery and excellent quality prints.

This service is not reliable. I order a print for an exhibition I'm participating. One day after I received a notification my order was delayed and I wouldn't receive it on the 3th of July as shared when I paid. After contacting the customer service several times they still could not tell me when I would receive my order. They offered me aa voucher of 50% to compensate for the delay as it this would be enough for losing my work. Today is the 06th of August and I still did not receive my order and they have no idea when I will be receiving it. This is unacceptable and a bad customer service. Very disappointed.

Update: today is the 11th of August and my work still did not arrive. They did not even care to send this as a special delivery.

I have used Photobox for many years - very happy with the system, quality of products, speed of delivery and customer service

Great quality finished product and putting the album together was really easy - lots of options on page designs and can be easily manipulated to have different layouts from the already extensive options.

Easy to use, good quality products

It was easy to navigate the website to make a photobook of my own design. I'm really pleased with the result.

So easy to build on the web! Excellent quality book delivered within days of web completion. Excellent!
