Not happy
4 pages correct, the rest are upside down!
Sent 2 emails and didn't hear back at all. Resorted to 'chat' helpline and following a lengthy dialogue, providing order number, name, address, email and complaint details three times I
requested a 'human' to converse with the matter was resolved and a replacement book is in its way.
Let's hope this is perfect.

Too expensive
The photobook quality is good, but the increased prices are not. In a few years you have doubled the price for an 80 page book . . . not good.
So while you may think it is good for your shareholders, after creating 50 photobooks with you, I am now looking for another supplier.

Fantastic editing ability
The enhancement of photos that aren’t in perfect focus is fantastic and very simple to use. Also being able to see a 360 view of the canvas helps to know how to move and adjust the picture to get the best result

Easy to use
Easy to use although sometimes I wish I had the choice of templates that we had on the old system!
I enjoy the flexibility of the system, choice of back grounds etc, although keep to black as a background to keep all my books looking similar.
Delivery by carrier rather than RoyalMail is not always quicker!

Easy to use!
I’ve used Photobox several times now and I find the site easy to use - editing, resizing, text boxes, previewing - all very easy. This is now my preferred way to keep and view photos, a book takes up less room than an album and I keep all the ‘raw’ images on flash drives if needed. Easy peasey!

Fabulous photobooks, so lovely to share!
I have been using Photobox for nearly 20 years and always been delighted with the photobooks. There was a slight printing issue with my latest photobook but after calling customer services it was rectified and I was extremely pleased with the result! I’m now working on my next photobook!

I'm going to make LOTS more!
I'm going to make LOTS more!! However, I didn't find any instructions on how to add pages until I spoke to someone in customer service about something else. It would be helpful to have a short guide on 'How to.....' It took me 2 books to understand that I could have the photos in the order I wanted. The were uploaded in order, but were then complied by the auto program. Once I understood ALL the options in customizing a book MY way, it was fun and I relived my holidays again. I could add humor and narratives where I wanted and emphasize what and why we enjoyed certain bits of holidays to others

Quality of some photos was disappointing
We were disappointed in the quality of some of the printed pictured. We had previously had a couple printed as photos which were lovely and clear, but fuzzy in the photo book.
