I have never claimed through insurance before so have no comparison to make. I felt fairly dealt with and not over pressured to get all documents together in a short time. The outcome was as I expected, no surprises of quotes that didn’t match the items value and each email responded to quickly. Overall I was very pleased with the outcome and the way I was dealt with

Adina was really helpful, She was kind, funny and really attentive, i had loads of questions (around 20) regarding the policy and she answered them all with complete certenty. Honestly so helpful and lovely, Couldn't speak higher of her.
