Baler
Our new baler was delivered and installed with minimum of fuss and very speedily after placing the order.
Everyone I dealt with has been top notch.

Starting with the Customer Service…
Starting with the Customer Service (when making the initial phone call), good manners, well spoken, friendly person on the other end of the line (Becky Raj) has taken my query, logged the job and was able to advise on the engineer's ETA. Engineer (Peter- our regular engineer) attended the site as per previously advised ETA. Polite, very knowledgeable, managed to fix the issue during the single visit. The new Regional Sales Manager (Adam Copperwheat) made an effort to come to the site to introduce himself after taking over the role. Again, good knowledge, polite and friendly. We've been working with PHS for some time now, and as a very busy business, we need professionalism, quick reaction times, and the ability to resolve the issues with equipment (not that there are many of these) to ensure the continuity of our operations. Overall very good partner to work with, offering a very good pieces of kit suitable for all types and sizes of businesses.

Needed to update our compactor. The sales team led by Phil were very proactive and gave us the best deal possible.
After care is not quite so good with a recurring issue with the machine taking several months to resolve.
