I placed my order on 14th December expecting it to be delivered well before Christmas. The website does not tell you that it is coming from China. The tracking information is not updated regularly, I finally received my parcel on 30th December, how disappointing. To start with the sizing is way out and the material is of very poor quality. I will not be ordering from them again.

Don't buy dmfrom this site the clothes are cheap and nasty looking and you cant get your money back. I was 6.65 to send a tiny top back to Germany

I’m still waiting on a shirt I ordered. The company continues to issue me a tracking number that says label created. After weeks of going back and forth via email they finally issued international tracking info!!! Nowhere while ordering from this website does it say or suggest that you are purchasing from overseas.

I only put 1 star so I could leave a comment. No idea where my item is. Emailed them and it bounced back. I am going to get intouch with trading standards and make sure everyone knows not to buy from these. I already have zbout 20 women waiting for me to contact them. Save your money and your time do mor bother at all with these.v

Please don’t buy anything from them. They are sending terrible quality items from China. They are not stating on the website that the items are from China. Also the clothes don’t look like in the picture. Extremely cheap quality. They are not really willing to issue a refund on a first instance, they are trying to push you to keep the item, they are not covering the postage back to them.

Do not shop here!! I ordered a dress just over two weeks ago for three different events, I was told it would take 3-5 working days to receive the dress which was perfect, when I emailed to ask about a tracking number I was told that my dress hadn't been made yet and that I was to be patient and wait for the dress as it is there most popular one. When I asked when I would receive the dress I was told that my refund (that I didn't ask for) will be giving in up to 7 day.

You don't get a proper response from anyone when complaining and they are not helpful either. Seems like a computer response to emails.

I would not recommend this company.

I have only given this a star because I have too rate it something!
I ordered 3 tops, 1 was not in stock and to be fair they refunded that to me when I asked for the refund.. the 2 tops took about 3 wks to arrive only to find they would of fit a barbie doll, they where tiny. I arranged for them to be returned to find out you have to return from the UK to Germany (the label on the parcel had a UK address on it but you cant send it there!!)which I was pretty put out about as that cost £8, they told me to return and I would get a full refund. I have sent a pic of the parcel to them and they are now telling me without a tracking number they cant refund me, at no point did they tell me to return with a tracked service!!
I keep getting the same email telling me to send the tracking number, to which Im sending the same email telling them they didnt ask for a tracking number(maybe I should send them a tracking number like they gave me which doesnt work).
All in all Im out of pocket and have no tops as I have returned them, I think anyone who orders from them needs their heads testing and I wish I had thought to look at trustpilot prior to ordering from them.. its an expensive lesson to learn.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered 4 items from them and paid approx. $100. I was excited to receive my purchase only to find they only mailed TWO of my items and NOT 4. Not to mention, those items were CHEAPLY made and not like the items pictured! I contacted customer service and informed them of the problem. They said they would send the two items. But, I told them never mind,that I was not satisfied with the 2 items I had received and I wanted to return them for a full refund plus get my money back from the 2 items never received. They said no problem to mail those 2 items back and they would refund me. I sent those items back (paid over $30 in shipping since they are in China). Yet, Pickmyboutique NEVER REFUNDED MY MONEY! They kept $100 and I have NOTHING to show for it!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! THIS COMPANY IS THE BIGGEST SCAM!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Do not order from this company awful company and awful people to deal with ordered a dress come falling apart and the die ran all over my hands when I tryed it on and was not the size I ordered only wanted to offer a 20% discount and will not give me a email address to take things further

Do not order from this company! Dress came ripped and it wasn't the dress pictured. It has been a nightmare trying to contact and deal with this company. The last they would offer is a 30% refund. Terrible customer service. Awful business:(

Dreadful company. Avoid at all costs. I've received a faulty item and need to return it. They expect me to pay for the return postage to Germany which just isn't worth it and they offered me a 30% partial refund instead to keep said faulty item.
They seem to like making the return of an item pretty much impossible and so customers are left out of pocket having received substandard goods.

I ordered what was supposed to be a coat from this website looked nothing like it when it arrived more like a piece off tatty fabric and it isn’t even wearable I will not be ordering anything again from this website a complete and utter waste of money

I just gave it one star because it looks like it’s a one star company. I refuse to try something that looks different than what they sell based on the reviews I refuse to try this place. People are making a killing in the United States with their garbage.

I orderd 2 Dresses over a month ago and still waiting .
I have had one email stating my items are out of stock I paid 46 pounds for 2 dresses that were supposed to be for an occasion that is long gone still dont think will arrive for my holiday in august
Wont buy again buy the time you get the items be out of fashion .
Why let the order go through if items not in stock .
Nothing says on website they from china must be on a sloooooooow boat .
Not confident now the items will be my size as china items are nomally made for borrowers .

Stay away from this website! Been waiting a month for delivery and item came looking different than on their website pictures!!!
Now there is a problem with return as they expect to receive the returned parcel within 30 days which is impossible as they took 30 days to ship it from China!

I will never use this company again. Ordered some shoes they didn't fit sent them back that cost me £12.10. Got an email on the 19th of June saying my refund had be done and had to wait 7 to 15 days. These 15 days came and went so emailed them on the 15th day, to receive another email saying they have refunded me and had to wait another 7 to 15 day and that is business working days by the way. Just checked on my account and they have only just done it. Rubbish company
