Harassed, physically abused, and wrongly accused.

On April 7th, 2024 my friend was taunted, bullied, harassed, screamed at, and physically pushed out by 3 store employees. They were asking him "Where's your friend! where's your friend!?" This whole harassment was started because my friend did his shopping, paid his groceries and realized he forgot something so turned around and these 3 employees grabbed his groceries with the receipt in the bag and refused to give him back his groceries all while physically pushing him out, and screaming the F-word amongst many other obscenities causing major pain in his neck and shoulder causing whiplash that was diagnosed by his doctor. My friend even yelled for the manager and when the manager appeared on the scene he jumped in (Mike is the managers name at this pick n save located on Garfield street) and started screaming obscenities and pushing him out as well. This prompted my friend to dial 911 and the 911 operator told him to contact the manager and he said he did and he's one of the ones physically removing him with the 911 operator hanging up on him.

I was profiled by a security guard

I was profiled by a security guard, taunted and harassed. When I asked him why he was following us and profiling me and he laughed at me. So I stated again what can I do to stop harassing me so I can shop. I'm a veteran and being harassed. He sat a smelled candles while we shopped for candy even interacting with another worker. He then disappeared so I thought great we cam check out n go because I was shocked, disturbed, victimized, belittled and bullied all for coming along for a shopping trip. I had tight clothing on nothing out of the normal and in pain from surgery recovery.
When we left and were unloading in the vestibule to go to the car with our bags I was physically grabbed by a worker who I stepped back from and said please don't I just had surgery. We ended up having something not ring right they said so I told my shopper just pay again and get out of here. This has been the most disappointing disturbing and discrimination at its finest. Couldn't even get a answer on what caused him to follow. I didn't mind until it was beyond obvious that he was using his position to harassed a transman.
Even the officer said the workers kaluded with the stories but there wasn't anyone but us n 1 worker.

Security even went to the parking lot to taunt me when I came out
Started coming right at me, claims he wad gojng inside well there is another door he couldnof utilized or even waited as I said stop profiling me I trying to go to my car and leaving

He the security is the one out in the shadows ready to jump me from behind

He later claims he went to put something in his car
Well if I was such a issue WHT leave the employees alone if your security
Why go out and wait for someone who did nothing but shop and ask why I was being followed? I called him a coward at the end, I said when one asks why there being profiled and how to prevent it and laugh and calll them names, then later I learn he lied and said I had a gun. I don't even own one let alone would I ever bring more gun violence in. He lied and almost could cost Mr my life for a trip for Easter dinner. This is the environment Kroger and picknsave.com support
As a shopper be very afraid of the power they are using. Employees are even afraid to speak up. Cou tless law suits against kroger for harassment of peraons, employees
They foster a bully environment so much so a worker took his life
And honestly after this if my life had to make a statement and end because of being victimized then ticketed for nothig, im at the point were I'm fine with it. I have never felt so degraded for someone else's incompetence. He shouldn't be security if he can't answer a question that was nicely asked, then sit an taunt me, follow me and corner me
So many civil liberty violations done to me and there kroger is proud of it

Fuel Point Survey

Why do they even put on the receipt that you can apply for added fuel points by doing a survey? You no longer can even locate the survey application online. Pick and Save has really gone down hill in a short amount of time. Time to go grocery shopping somewhere else! Another store that appreciates their customers instead of giving them the run around! I'm done.

Unacceptable Treatment

I purchased groceries on 10/04/23, then proceeded to the service desk to purchase a few lottery tickets. I kiddingly told the girl behind the desk that I'd like to purchase a "winning" lottery ticket. She giggled, I laughed and we both exchanged a few words about the big jackpot. I got my tickets, my change, and I left. I returned the next day, used the self-check, and bagged my things. The girl who sold me the tickets the day before was behind me helping another customer. I knew that no one had one had won the jackpot, so I walked over to her, smiled and told her she sold me the wrong ticket. She smiled, I laughed and walked back up to the service desk. I WAS KIDDING! She immediately told someone higher up what I had said. The person she told was now at the service desk, and proceeded to tell me that it puts people under a lot of pressure when I say things like that. I felt like a 6 yr old child who just got her fingers smacked with a ruler. I've been shopping at this store for 13 years, at least 3 times a week, and my husband has been shopping there since it opened. As a former university instructor, I can say that I definitely know how "not" to talk to people. I was merely engaging in a little friendly conversation, and it was turned into something ugly. I didn't insult, criticize, or complain about anything, and I certainly wasn't pressuring anyone either. This store just lost a good customer.

If zero stars was possible I would give…

If zero stars was possible I would give all Pick N'Save stores that rating. I use to work at the one in West Allis, WI. I thought they were ride to me because I had previously worked there, but I recently moved to Menominee Falls, WI. I went last week to the Pick N'Save here with my service dog and was again tested like poop by management because he was with me. I was told I was not allowed to have him in the store, not asked if he was/is my service animal. Needless to say I will NEVER shop at ANY Pick N'Save again.

Sussex Wi Store

Thanks to the Sussex, WI Pick N Save, I will no longer be shopping at Kroger stores. Rude employees and horrible customer service. If I managed this store, I can say with absolute certainty I would fire the woman working the customer service desk Tuesday 12/28/21 for the way to responded to me. Absolutely inexcusable!!! Plenty of other stores I would highly recommend other than Pick N Save. No need to shop where employees smart off to customers
