Highly recommend the team at PID - especially Dominic who is unfailing responsive and proactive with any support we need. The label and system is a very good product but also, crucially for a small business such as ours, there is a high quality ongoing support system.

We are relatively new to using Positive ID for our label needs but so far I have found their service to be excellent. Dominic deals with our requirements efficiently & quickly. The prices we are quoted are very competitive & I can foresee that we will be more than happy to continue to use their services
