Painful experience
The whole experience was very painful. Customer service is pretty poor. The appeal of this product was the quick turnaround promise- it took many weeks to turnaround. Very rudimentary delivery, basic quality, big price. It was really difficult to reach anyone so I would try on social media and noticed they just deleted comments on posts where I tried to reach out regarding my order.

They have ignored most of my emails and the ones they have replied to tell me that I am not in a position to ask for a refund.
I am in contact with trading standards.
All I want is either the cards or my money back.

NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCT...after multiple attempts to contact company since ordering 11/2022, there was little to no response. There was a fake tracking number and everything. I will not give up trying to get a refund. The company issued a refund THEN CANCELED IT! I will report them to every entity I can. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
ABSOLUTE SCAM ARTISTS
I ordered my Pika pet card on the 22nd November 2022. After receiving the art approval email a little later than there normal times after I emailed them enquiring if I had it right and that i expected it not to be normal as it was close to christmas. I let them know I liked the art and approved, to which they replied thanks and they would send it off to be made. So it's 6 to 12 working days supposedly, so around the 14th December I emailed to enquire if it had been sent and I did receive a reply saying it had in fact been picked up by the courier (I wouldn't call royal mail a courier imo). So now the royal mail strikes were in full swing, so I doubted I'd have it before Christmas and resigned myself to wait until the new year. Many emails sent in January with no response and eventually mid Jan I was told it may have got lost and they would send another. I was then reading these reviews and thought, damn this could be a scam!! I continued to email them and another few weeks went by and nothing. They eventually advised they would send a 3rd one and mentioned about tracking and I agreed for a 3rd one if tracking details would be provided. They responded with please wait 14 working days! I immediately told them to refund me as I would bot wait a further 3 weeks and that they had not answered my question on tracking details (I thought they had changed from royal mail or would use a tracked service after all the other issues).
I did a little digging and found that Pika Pets had new directors as of 16th December 2022, 3 weeks after my order?? A Joshua Loveday and Mr Dusan Kloc. They are also directors of Print a Memory.
Seems you can't make any more orders on Pika Pets as it has they are not accepting any orders anymore. So I'm not sure what deal has been done, but whomever ran Pika Pets before (perhaps the illustrators) have sold out the business as they couldn't cope. Or was it even a real business to start with. If your still having issues, just request an immediate refund. I have also reported them to my bank and have the charge under investigation. I will also be contacting trading standards and providing all the details, found the directors on social media and the warehouse/storage place that is registered for both Pika pets and print a memory in Liverpool.
I wouldn't have minded a wait if I'd been provided proof the card had been made and tracked postage. Even a proper explanation of what the hell has happened to the business.
Beyond despicable
Beyond despicable, I did receive my order but only after 40+ emails and multiple dms back and forth for 4 months…
I ordered in October 2022 and it got lost or whatever they claimed, then it suddenly arrived after a “curseword” ton of emails in January 2023.

Lack of product, customer service to be improved.
Yet to receive the order placed back in October 2022 - was not given any tracking information, nor offered any replacements or refunds until pushed. Was told to wait a few more weeks to account for Xmas delays (fair enough) but since that wait period, I am yet to receive the product and no responses received from customer service.
Will have to go through my bank to request a refund, as £63 paid for what seems to be nothing.
It’s a shame as I am a huge supporter of small businesses and was really excited about receiving the beautiful work they create - lack of customer care & logistics knowledge has let this company down massively.
Refused refund, contact silence, scam!
Made an order of about £65 for a Xmas gift back at the start of Dec. Had a slow replies but did eventually include a proof image. Since then contact has slowed down to nothing. Have requested they send me the item or give a refund. I was refused a refund and no contact since.
This company is a scam. I will be requesting the bank retract the funds.

Ordered on November 9th 2022, & still have not received. They claimed that they would “resend” it to me, with tracking info… that was 3 weeks ago & I have not received any update with shipping info. I asked for a refund & have not heard back from them. I’m upset that this company scammed me & others.

It's a bunch of bs. I placed my order in the first week of Dec. I asked for tracking info late December and they couldn't give me one. I emailed them again mid January and they "apologized " for the delay. Confirmed my address and have not heard from them since. Their Instagram page is gone and apparently no longer taking any orders. This "company" is ABSOLUTE TRASH.

Ordered a card before really digging into the site reviews (100% my bad) I later saw A LOT of people were having all kinds of issues and there were red flags everywhere.
they claim they'll give you your "proof" to approve in 24hrs. Several days I had nothing soI filed a dispute with my credit card company because I was starting to them given all the negative reviews and the delays.
Two days later finally got the proof. I decided to approve it and request it shipped. The next day my dispute was actually approved and the money was credited back to me.
a week or so later I got a "your order has shipped" email claiming my card was on the way. No tracking number and when I clicked on "view order status" I just got an error message.
Several weeks pass and no card, Today I got a "leave us a review email"
Now I figure them canceling my order after my bank approved my dispute. However, this to me says they are lying to people about shipping their cards. They (understandably) never actually sent my card, but still claimed they did and even asked for a review. They can't even keep track of their own scams,

I suspect a scam. I emailed asking for an update, they said it shipped 4 weeks ago. They provided a link to check the order: the link is a dead link. I checked their Instagram page and it’s totally blanked out and inactive. Took my money and ran I guess.

I literally ordered this in November meant as a Christmas gift. Christmas passed…no card. I email them after Christmas and after several pointless back and forths they tell me it was lost in transit. Then they ask if I want a refund. I told them I’d prefer them send it again. Now it’s near the end of January. No card. And it was not cheap either!!!!
Here’s the kicker too, they send me an email in the beginning of January asking me to write a review! Hah!! Well here is it. So frustrating! The only reason why I am giving 2 stars instead of one is because the picture they sent me of the card that they created was truly phenomenal. If only I could have the card I paid for.

I ordered on 30th November and unfortunately they didn’t arrive before Christmas but I wasn’t surprised with it being Christmas and postal strikes. However, I didn’t have any problems with them at all, the artwork they first sent over was perfect, I didn’t need any changes. Yes it’s not the quickest turnaround but it’s handmade and seems like small business so what does everyone expect? When the cards arrived I was so pleased, they’re brilliant quality and even better than I expected. Super cute gift idea and not a scam like people have said. I’d say give them some slack as postal delays are not their fault.

I wasn't happy with the art so asked for a redo and the artist basically put cartoon eyes on my pets! NOT AS ADVERTISED and no refund will be issued. I'm devastated 💔 could do a better job with a cartoon filter on my phone.
Great product, let down by customer service
Finally received this today after ordering at the end of November. The product is great, but it's the customer service that lets it down. I can tolerate some delays, especially when ordering at a peak time like Christmas and there being Royal Mail strikes, but this really needs to be better communicated to customers.

I am beyond disappointed with how my order is being handled. Ordered at the start of December with intention to gift for Christmas, but with slow communication and delivery of designs this was missed. Whilst they offer unlimited revisions to designs, turn around time is very slow, and on multiple occasion I have been sent the same artwork with no changes. Yet to receive my order... wish I read the reviews before ordering.

Good quality product but took ages to arrive.
Ordered at the start of December and took almost a month to arrive. It missed Christmas which the product was purchased for.
They were clearly overwhelmed with orders, they should have restricted the amount they received. They also still used Royal Mail to send out the items deep in the middle of a postal strike, which delayed further.
When product eventually arrived it is of good quality.

11/30: Ordered
12/2: reached out to company asking if my order was placed because their website quoted 24 hour artwork approval turnaround time and I was worried my order somehow didn’t get placed
12/4: Got email with my artwork for approval
12/5: Sent approval (no alterations needed)
12/7: received email from company stating they would send artwork to printers and provided a shipping estimate of 12-20 days (I am located in the U.S. and the company is in the U.K. I believe)
12/7: received email stating my email was undelivered to the company as it was marked as spam/unsolicited (the messages that was undelivered was the one I sent on 12/2)
12/19: reached out to company via email to request further confirmation after reading about people claiming they were scammers
12/23: received email claiming card was shipped but no tracking information provided
12/24: received another email saying my message was undelivered (the email sent 12/19)
1/6: ordered myself a new debit card so I could dispute the charge for the pikapet card since I gave up all hope
1/10: received new debit card. Ready to dispute the charge but too lazy to switch over my auto payments so I decide to wait until the weekend to dispute it
1/12: RECEIVED CARD!!
They should definitely update their website and take their quoted times down.
I do live overseas so I understand the delays. Confused why my emails kept getting returned as undelivered? I’m glad I held out hope though! The card is exactly what I ordered and is beautiful. To those that didn’t receive their card, it may still be coming! I would definitely order again but would do it way ahead of time. It didn’t end up being a Christmas present but better late than never!
