SCAM! I purchased a card on 27/11. Despite the website saying your get artwork approval within 24 hours, mine took 3 days and I had to send 2 emails! Then I had no further communication with them despite me sending four emails. Today is 23/12 and the card still hasn’t turned up. They emailed me once to say the card is “in transit” yet they’ve supplied no tracking info, and when you click on “view my order” it doesn’t even state it’s been shipped. So yes, they are scamming b******s! Avoid!!!!!

Beginning to think I've been scammed...approved artwork on 9th December, was told my product would be sent to the production team and prepared for shipment. Never received confirmation of shipment, emailed on the 19th asking if my card had been dispatched yet and was simply told it was "in transit to its destination", no details, tracking number, nothing.

Was supposed to be a Christmas gift, looks almost certain it won't be turning up in time, if at all. Looks like I'll be pursuing a refund.

*UPDATE* rather suspiciously received an email confirming shipment the day after posting this review and emailing again asking for an update...

Submit a credit dispute, ideally before 60 days from purchase! Hopefully if you were ordering online you used PayPal or a credit card so you are protected. Never, ever purchase something online using a method that does not protect you.

11/8: Placed order
11/11: Artwork Draft #1
11/14: I request revision
11/15: Revision acknowledged
11/16: Revision received, I approve
11/17: They say they are sending to production team. "Once your order has been dispatched you will receive tracking information through your email"
11/29: Shipment notification. No tracking information.
12/9: I request tracking information
12/10: They claim they do not have tracking details.
12/19: I receive an auto-email requesting I leave a review for my card... I reply that I have not received it and it is insane that they do not provide tracking. I finally stop to look up reviews on the company and find complaints all over the place. I submit a dispute through my credit card company immediately.

12/22: They email me acknowledging processing the chargeback and say "We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. For us to meet halfway, we will be offering you a TRACKED PARCEL which you can track as soon as it gets dispatched from the courier company" Sorry, so you CAN provide parcel tracking but you don't by default?

Absolutely wild. I couldn't say whether this is a scam or just a hideously mismanaged company. Either way, save your money and go support an independent artist on Etsy to make you a pokemon card.

Exactly the same issues as others. Artwork created but no idea where it is, no tracking details and no honour in meeting their 6-12 day deliver timeline. Avoid at all costs.

I’ve had the same experience as others. No tracking details have ever been sent to me. I’ve not seen any artwork. It’s been over a month and they haven’t said anything except that the courier said it’s been sent.

Scam Artists !! This Company will take your money and you will never see your order. They should be criminally charged !!

Nothing arrived, no tracking supplied. Won't send replacement. Avoid.

Would strongly recommend not ordering form this company. They delayed repeatedly, didn’t respond to emails and are now refusing to give a refund.

Still no card, artwork took 3 days to receive instead of 24 hours as advertised, another 8 days to see the revised artwork and have filed a dispute with paypal to try and get my money back. Gutted as it would have made a really cute christmas gift.

The card arrived today and it looks great. It's a shame it's late as it would have made a great present.

Still knocking a star off because of a) artwork not sent in the 24 hours promised b) saying they emailed the 'courier' and it was in transit when it's been sent Royal Mail 1st class untracked... c) deleting negative comments from social media rather than addressing them

scam, ordered 3 month ago, they refuse to provide tracking details. support keeps asking me to wait longer without actualy doing anything. had to escalate to paypal no doubt sure they will try to pull some other BS.

I didn't have much hope after seeing all the comments on their social media posts but I actually received my order today (a week late but there are postal strikes) and it's so cute, it looks amazing. I'm really happy with it. Their communication has room for improvement but to be honest, I'm just happy it arrived. I got a little bit too spooked from the comments of other people.

Website states you'll get artwork in 24hrs, I didn't get mine for 3 days and any changes takes days more. Finally received a shipping email but no tracking. They give vague responses about the carrier not providing tracking yet their website states they use FedEx and ups which BOTH would give tracking info. It's been over a month and I've received nothing. I paid with PayPal thankfully and have already filed a dispute and received a full refund from them.

Really not sure what’s going here at first they are great but then the go quiet and you never receive the card you ordered…

I have a feeling that they do the design and then get the card created in a country that can mass produce like china, and this is why they don’t provide tracking or explain the 3 month shipping time. Just a guess.

Not worth your time just read the other reviews and don’t think you will be an exception to this shoddy service.

Same issue as everyone else.

All seemed good at first and it’s been close to 5/6 weeks with no card, and one update saying they would send out another card and wait another 14 days; which I did.

This was suppose to be a Christmas present for a friend.

I have the same issues as everyone else - I ordered the card in early November, was given art to approve (which I did) , got a shipping notification on 11/19 but nothing ever arrived and no tracking number was provided. I've sent REPEATED emails with no response and plan to take this to social media and see what legal action can be pursued since this is obviously a scam. COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!

I have read many of the reviews here and I had a very similar experience. However I did receive my card in the mail today, so I wanted to lend my voice to my experience to inform others who have already ordered and those who are considering ordering. I placed my order on November 6 and approved my artwork on November 9. I was very impressed with the artwork. On Nov. 19th I received an email that my order had shipped but no tracking information was included. When asked they said the courier had it but there was no tracking available. In mid-December I started emailing again asking where the product was and got very vague responses about the courier and delays. I was certain I would never see the card. However today, December 16, it was in my mailbox. And the product itself is fantastic.

Zero stars. AVOID.
I ordered this card at the very start of Nov (plenty of time for a Christmas present).
It took over 2 weeks to even receive a proof (after I had to chase this both via multiple emails and instagram messages)... the website says proof within 24 hours, so clearly this was a lie, red flags from the very beginning.

The artwork was great, except that they had put the wrong details onto the card, and it took weeks to get this corrected... even though it should have been a simple thing.
Finally, nearly 1 month after I purchased the card, it was 'sent into production'... i was told it would arrive in 6 - 12 working days. I asked if I could pay extra to upgrade the delivery as it was a Christmas present - I was told that this wasn't an option (weird?!).
Did I ever receive the card? No.
Have they stopped responding to me? Yes.
Do they delete any negative comments on instagram? Yes.
I have placed a claim through my bank, i'm hoping that I can get my money back.

Absolute scam of a company.

Really wish I had read the reviews before ordering! Literally the same issue as everyone else and am convinced this is a scam service. It took 3 days for my artwork to be received which I didn’t mind although the website does state 24hrs. I was then told the item had been dispatched and given a tracking code that doesn’t work. Have messaged repeatedly and they keep repeating that they have spoken to the courier and can assure me it is on its way. No idea how that would be possible with an untracked item and even then I’ve been waiting nearly 2 months and no sign of it! Have opened a dispute with PayPal. AVOID!!!

I ordered a card back in mid October and did not receive it. I emailed them in mid November to inquire about my card, and they replied that it was still in transit, according to the courier. On December 1st, I emailed again. A few days later I got a reply that they would send the card again, this time with tracking- but would provide me with the tracking number when the courier dispatched it. I replied back a few days later, asking who the courier is and where this tracking number might be. No reply.

It's reading very scammy. Fortunately, I got a chargeback through my bank.
