Avoid. Please. Sorry for the artists.

Thought it was legit, and I can imagine this is an amateur thing but… it really takes forever.

Order made very early December, was kind enough to wait a few days to get the first artwork. Just wanted one little touch up, I’ve been asked to pay 10£ so I declined.
I asked to change just the pre-made background instead - cool, it was feee but took 4 more days to replace it. Then they waited my approval, I said yes straight away, another 4 days for it to be send to production.
Christmas passed, didn’t had the gift on time.

I moved to another house slightly before Christmas (3 weeks after the order), they said the change has been processed on the 17/12. Today January 10th, birthday of my gf to whom the Christmas gift was addressed, I’m told the cards seem left the factory. Shipped to the old address.

They refused a refund request on mid December when I saw it took ages to get the artwork approved. I feel sorry for the artists. I would have appreciated even a certain percentage of the price, but I got nothing. I still wonder if I haven’t lose money.

I understand the time of the order was tough, probably many orders and the post strike didn’t help.
But I’ve been totally left behind in the story and exchanged over 15-20 emails for over a month and nothing moved at all. I have not been even a little considered.
Avoid.

Happily not a scam!

Ordered at the start of Dec and received Dec 31st. I was worried after reading the reviews here, each stage took a little longer than they advertise on their website but my card arrived and it looks great. It was Christmas and there were postal strikes in the UK so overall I think the delays were to be expected. I'm really happy and so is the recipient. Artwork is great, they took on board my alterations and responded to each of my emails in a friendly and professional manner.

Total Scam

So, so bad. Ordered in late November - first drawing came like 4 or 5 days after (even though it said 48 hour max turnaround). First drawing was wildly inaccurate, totally different color than any of the pictures I sent. Did a revision - that took another 4-5 days. It was *fine* so I approved. Got a "shipping notification" about 2 weeks ago (with no tracking number provided) - still nothing. Emailed twice requesting an update - nothing. Instagram account is gone and they delete all negative tags on Facebook. Its now Jan 6, 2023 and I have NOTHING for what was supposed to just be a fun stocking stuffer - all for $60 no less. Cannot overemphasize how much of a scam this place is. 0/10 experience.

Not a scam, but postage takes forever

It did take from Black Friday to 28th December to receive my order, so having read all the reviews I did think I’d been scammed. I think they were overwhelmed at Christmas. Not here to defend them, but I did get my order, so it isn’t a scam. Also the product is great quality. Just don’t order if you’re in any hurry.

Ordered early November for an early…

Ordered early November for an early December present. Artwork back for approval by 11th November.
Few days later nothing from them so chased it up…they said I’d not approved the art work so I emailed back approving again…nothing..contacted again and they said it must be lost in transit & no way to track it so they will send another…
Waited till mid December thinking it could be a Xmas present now- still nothing. Contacted again, they said with postal strikes must be lost again will send a 3rd out,
Contacted between Xmas and new year and was offered a 4th to be sent out or full refund- opted for refund at this point to cut my losses and obviously heard nothing since and no refund.

Great product, Not great customer service

I ordered a custom pet card during the Black Friday sale on 26th November. I got my artwork on the 4th December, which is not the 24 hours they advertise on their site. The artwork was great, however, so I immediately approved it and was told it was off for shipping. With the dates on their site it should have been delivered at least a week before Christmas, however this was not the case. I tried chasing them on Instagram but was not getting a response. I did get a boilerplate response over email, but it did not provide me any information. I then threatened to contact my bank and get my money back and got a response within 10 minutes, informing me they would ship another as it must have got lost and that they would send the new order tracked and provide me this information. A few days later my order was finally marked as shipped however I was not given any tracking information, I contacted them about this, and they told me they have now added a tracked option to the store, but it was not what was used for my parcel. They did give me the digital copy without watermarks for free and a discount code. The order arrived today and it is great quality.

To sum up, the product and artwork is very good, but I would be careful ordering making sure to give it time and if you have any issues hope that their customer service will help you out as they did me.

Avoid - poor communication and slow postage

Wouldn't recommend - postage times not as advertised, no way to track delivery, they block communication as soon as there's a problem.

I ordered on 1st December, 1 revision to artwork later the card was approved on 9th Dec. On 11th Dec they confirmed it was off to the printing/shipping department and would arrive within 6-12 working days. It didn't. They only posted it on 23rd Dec, with no tracking information. I emailed to ask for tracking details and an expected delivery date - no response, and it appears they've blocked my email address. The card has only just arrived, after Christmas, on 31st Dec. Very glad I paid through PayPal, as I feel sure that if this never arrived the seller would be impossible to communicate with or get a refund from.

It's a shame that bad service ruined what's actually a nice product - if you ever receive it.

Thought I'd fallen for a scam but it's real

After only looking at the website and social media reviews, I ordered a card as Christmas present for my partner on the 24th November. It took a few days to receive the first proof and I went back and forth a few times and signed off the artwork on the 9th December. A few days later they said it would arrive in 6-12 working days with the 12th day being the 24th December.

I had doubts it would arrive in the time frame, especially with the postal strikes. I then looked up reviews on here and lost hope for any chance of it arriving. I thought I'd give it a month before chasing them up.

I got home today (3rd January) and it has arrived and is perfect! After losing hope and thinking it was a scam from the reviews, I'm happy to say it's not!

Absolute scam of a company

*UPDATE* 25/01/2023 After receiving an email last week stating if I still have not received my card they will issue a refund I’ve contacted them twice and had no replies. Do not order from this company it is a total SCAM.

Absolute scam of a company. I ordered originally on the 24th November as the website stated it would take no more than 10 days to ship which I thought was great just in time for Christmas as that’s what the gift was for.

I emailed to have the shipping address changed as my Apple Pay hadn’t been updated and they responded very quickly assuring me it had been changed and also were quick to show me the final draft of my card.

Fast forward Christmas Eve I emailed to ask why my card had not arrived and was again assured on the 28th it was with the courier and a tracking email will be sent soon.

I then get an email claiming it is on its way… to Edinburgh. The old shipping address. When it was needed for Manchester. So not only is it now almost a month late it’s also allegedly being sent to the wrong location.

I have emailed them now five times as of this date and used their website contact form and have heard absolutely nothing back.

Advice to anyone dispute any payments you have with your bank to get your refunds back from the merchant. And you can also flag the company as fraudulent.

Absolute worst customer experience I’ve ever received if I could give negative stars I would.

Same experience as all the others

Same experience as all the others. I ordered in early November, had quick turnaround on artwork. Then nothing for weeks. I received an email saying it had been shipped but when I would click the link there was no shipping details. I have emailed a few complaints and finally got a shipping notification in my wallet. Today it says it was delivered, by the Royal Mail but there is not address or map and o have not received it. I will be disputing the charge and complaining on any site I can find. This was supposed to be a Santa gift and something my boys really wanted. So sad they would do this to children.

Asked them who the courier was and they said Royal Mail but have no tracking details. Definitely a scam.

Never received it, customer service email invalid

I never received my item. I’ll be giving it another week or so before reporting the scam to my bank to try and get my money back, but overall I would not recommend. I approved the artwork on November 28, and was told it would arrive 12-20 working days after the approval date. I never received tracking info, and when I tried to email their customer service (info [at] pika-pets [dot] com), I got a “mail could not be delivered” response. They even sent me what looked like an automated “please write us a review” email , despite never giving me tracking *and* my item never arriving. Super sad about this, I was really looking forward to gifting this item.

Avoid

Artwork process went reasonably quickly, a week in total for 2 small revisions from my side... It has now been 36 days since the artwork was approved and I was then told it had been handed over the production team. I have just been updated that I should have the finished product in another 7 days time, taking the production/shipping time to a total of 43 days, it states on the website it should be 6-12 after artwork approval. When I have asked for why there has been such a delay I have not been given a reason... Would never recommend/ use this site

Atrocious customer service

I ordered a card on 9th October. I finally received my item on... 28th December! That was also after sending literally 25 emails complaining about their atrocious customer service.

I originally ordered a card for my girlfriend's birthday which is in mid-November. Unfortunately, due to Pika Pets' appallingly awful service, I didn't receive the card until after Christmas.

All in all they claimed to have sent out about five different cards. They'll come up with the same excuses: it got lost in transit, there is an issue with the courier, etc. They also start ignoring emails after a while.

I paid £34 for a small piece of card that turned up three months late. DO NOT BUY FROM PIKA PETS - utter scam artists.

Scam

Like everyone else is saying. Big scam. Paid for in November, told it was in transit and have recieved nothing way over a month down the line with absolute poor communication.

Fraudulent reviews

Disappointing that trustpilot has not removed the fraudulent employee reviews for this business.

They have now closed pika pets completely and reopened as pikamon, don’t trust them a bit

Sorry, but toooo late (3 month)

Sorry, very poor performance of the Company. Ordered mid september 2022, shipment (according to customer service) at sep 30th. Yesterday finally delivery (after 3 month and 12 mails). Ruined birthday AND christmas.

***ABSOLUTE SCAM - DO NOT ORDER***

They do not stick to any timeframes quoted, I ordered 3 weeks ago with no product in sight. Ruined Christmas present and with the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Initially the experience was good and then radio silence. No care for the customer. Much like all the other reviews on here. Save your money. Do not order. PIKA PETS, you could have a great business here but you’ve let yourselves down. Poor poor poor.
