They have good quality of an artwork. And They really made my pet adorable.

This is clearly a scam company. Same experience as many others where a designer confirms the design and they nothing. Start to chase for them to say the courier company must have lost it. Could take another 14 days! Then the same response again. Don’t waste your money. They will be getting reported.

Ordered and did initially hear back from a "designer" asking to confirm the graphic design of my cat was OK and to proceed. I give permission to proceed and wait two weeks (missing the birthday I wanted to give the card on) and then chase. I'm told it was sent and the carrier must have lost it.
I wait another week and complain and I'm then told they will send another one out but now I need to wait 14 business days when it said initially it would only take a week for UK delivery!
I wait another 14 business days and still nothing, so will be demanding a refund or will take it up with PayPal.

I was really looking forward to getting these cards for my girlfriend. Paid a fortune! Told I would hear back within 24 hours with a preview but Had to chase after that, over a week later. Then after a bit of back and forth agreed on the card pictures. Told they can take anywhere from 6 to 12 days to get the cards. After around 3 weeks I complained saying where are my cards. They "Claimed" it was stuck in some warehouse and resent the new cards. (I had no email to say they were sent the first time but oddly enough did the second time around!) So I'm more leaning to think they didn't send them the first time at all.
Overall, I was so disappointed with the whole service I asked for a small refund to make up for all the hassle I had to go through. They offered me a 10% off my next purchase! Pfft, as If I'm going through all that again! The artwork is not even that great for the price paid.
I would avoid this service if I was you.

An amazing experience all round. I loved the customisation of the cards and all the different features you could add and was very pleased with the finished product. The only reason I gave them 4/5 is because my cards were lost in the mail which I was a bit annoyed about but it didn’t taint my overall experience with them. If you’re looking for a good gift that’s very personal and thoughtful and might I add well priced then look no further then this company. Definitely use them and help them out. 10/10 would recommend and even shop at again.

Company claim to produce a preview of your Pika Pets card within 24 hours. I had to chase after 3 days of not hearing anything. Once chased they sent the preview which allows revisions before print. Requested a small revision and after 6 further days and 2 chase up emails I still haven't received the revision. Today (10 days after order) they have sent me the original picture again (without revisions). Would not recommend. They charge a premium price for a very budget service which is a shame as the website is good and very user friendly and the artwork looks decent.
