Beautiful and beautifully made shoes. Comfortable and quality. Well worth the price.

Been after a pair of Barefoot trainers that would be easy to manage as a first time pair. I was in Spain recently and really fancied a pair of Aranjuez. The extra insoles make a huge difference for comfort, and I'm confident that I'll soon be removing them and going natural. The toe box is wide, however they are still a great looking shoe, and the leather is soft and lush. The style I have include an elastic lace, which again adds to the comfort. Really great shoes.

Packaging is superb, and the delivery to the UK was pretty swift in eight days.

This is my first order with Pikolinos and my first impression was a good one with a day earlier than expected delivery.
The shoes & sandals look as advertised and the softness of the material on both is wonderful. The packaging is excellent and fully recyclable.
Put them on and they both fitted really well and I have a couple of clawed toes, with my feet wide at the toes, so it is not any easy experience when buying footwear.
I was nervous at first with making an over £200 order for two pairs of footwear, however I am so pleased I went for it. In this instance, the cost is worth it if it means I can enjoying walking in stylish shoes. Thank you Pikolinos, you have restored my faith in comfortable footwear!

Excellent experience — I have purchased four pairs of PIKOLINOS and I am really impressed with the quality of the leather and the materials used for the soles. The footbeds and arch supports are supportive and very comfortable. It is also nice to see that the two pairs of clogs that I purchased were made in Spain. They are very well made.

I just received a pair of Pikolinos boots for which I paid $200. Upon opening the package, it was clear that the boots have been used or tried on extensively—the leather is wrinkled, showing obvious wear. This is completely unacceptable for a brand‑new product. I expected a brand-new pair, and receiving something that looks worn is extremely disappointing. I urge Pikolinos to address this issue promptly.

I have >15 pairs of Pikolinos. (Not quite as many as Imelda Marcos😂) They are them most comfortable shoes on the planet. The leather is soft, durable and always looks great. Once I returned a pair which I purchased in error, the returns system works seamlessly. Highly recommended 👏👏👏

Have bought Pikolinos for years. Very good quality, stylish, and always comfortable. Always fast delivery too. Never had to return any, so cannot comment on that aspect. Wish Pikolinos would do more choices of plainer slip-on styles for wearing with trousers, like they used to, and not so many gaudy trainer/sneaker styles.

The entire shopping experience was very positive. The website provided good information about the styles, materials and construction of the shoes on offer. It was easy to checkout. Shipping information was sent as each phase of the order processing was documented. And the return process was fast and easy to complete. The one thing that would have been helpful is a way to better gauge the shoe size. If the shoes we purchased had not been too large, we would have been proud owners of a pair of Pikolino sandals!

This is the absolutely worst company! 1 year ago I bought some very nice boots, a bit tipsy, but normally if you take care of your footwear, they can last for ages. But with Pikolinos that's not possible! You can't get new soles on your shoes/boots 🙄 So even if it's a nice design etc it's like a "one night stand"..... When my soles are done, I can't fix them, they have to go to the trash bin. WTF - thinking about environment, recycling and economy! This company obviously doesn't care about above mentioned

I love Pikolinos. Their shoes are beautifully designed and made. I have some boot of theirs I bought over a decade ago that are still in great shape. I initially learned about their shoes when I purchased a pair at a store in the Portland airport (PDX). I then found their website. So far, I have had nothing but good experiences ordering from them. And they give free returns, which is fabulous for a shoe company -- you can really find what suits and fits you best, knowing that it will cost nothing for you to return what doesn't work for you.

I've been purchasing & wearing Pilolinos for years ever since I found a pair in a small shoe boutique in Virginia. Also purchased 2 pair of boots while on a trip to New Mexico. So glad I have the opportunity to purchase on line now. High qulaity in the leather & workmanship. Do advise getting the leather creams to march your colors.

Great style and quality. Many timeless designs

My wife bought a pair of barefoot trainers in Vigo September in 2025 and liked them so much that she purchased a 2nd pair on line from the UK only to find that the quality was not as good, the first pair had the wrong size insoles, at least 2 sizes too big for the shoes so was asked to return them then the replacement pair had defective stitching. On checking inside the on line shoes they were made in Morocco and the pair purchased in Vigo were made in Spain, it appears that the quality made shoes are kept for the Spanish market and the on line purchases are made in other countries to a lesser standard. I had no problem returning them and receiving a refund but I would only ever purchase again if I returned to Spain and would definitely check the country of origin before purchasing.

Shoes made in Spain are very good. Those made in China are horrible, with leather that feels and looks like plastic.

I've purchased 3 pairs of pikolinos shoes - 2 pairs shoes a year ago, and 1 pair trainers about 4 months ago. Each pair cost £95-£115. The shoes have been worn infrequently over the year but the heels have worn through (white showing through the brown sole). The trainers were worn less than 10 times when I noticed the soles are already disintegrating. I've never experienced such issues before so can only conclude the soles on Pikolinos are unusually soft and not fit for purpose (for regular wear). I will not purchase again and do not recommend.

I’ve loved this brand for many years. The footwear is extremely comfortable, beautiful, and well made. Their quality doesn’t compare to other brands.

I have ordered women’s shoes a month ago received men’s one instead was told to post them back and once they received them the correct pair will be sent. Now two weeks later I have received extra the same men’s shoes in the box with a just a picture of the one I have ordered.
This is the most dreadful experience I have ever honestly had.
Paid for something I did not receive up to date they have never even bothered to open and check what they sent.
If you are looking to buy your new pair of shoes then Do Not Shop Here!!!!

Pikolinos shoes are very comfortable, however the reliability is very poor.

I own several pairs of PIKOLINOS shoes and boots and have always loved their quality and comfort. These boots were no different—comfortable right out of the box! My only concern is that the pull loops on the back came off the first time I used them to pull the boots on, which makes me question their long-term durability. Otherwise, they’re great boots, but I hope the build quality on that detail improves.

I recently received my ankle booties, Puertollanos, in Brandy and size 5.5 - 6. The fit is perfect, the quality is exceptional and the customer service communication throughout the process was spot on. I will be confidently using Pikolinos again.
