Shoes Made in Marruecos
As Spaniards, originally from Elche where the warehouse is located, disappointed that those shoes are Hecho en Marruecos. Elche, the city is known for their quality shoes. I bought them thinking that they were made in Spain. Disappointed. Never again.

I visited the PIKOLINOS store in Vigo as I was on a cruise after spending £100 pounds on sneakers I was horrified and upset when I went to take them out of box to find they only packed one shoe immediately after arriving uk I emailed also called a number of times this is unacceptable service from a company such as this these shoes are not cheap as have been told I have to wait up to a month for my money back I have had to keep on as they don’t freely offer help this has been a nightmare of bad bad service and customer service

Picolinos used to be a top quality
Picolinos use to be a top quality brand. Now, my second pair disintetegrated. Where supposed to be stitches seams just glued in together. They are falling apart after 2 month of wearing. No international support, I have to go back to Spain if I want to return.
Don't be deceived by the quality leather used. Not worth it anymore.

Pikolinos used to be a premium brand that could be relied upon to deliver a great looking, comfortable pair of shoes that would last several seasons and still look good.
Now they have disintegrating soles. My soles fell apart after less than 15 months. I thought mine might have been an exception until I looked on here and saw a worryingly high number of people who have experienced the same issue. Unfortunately I can't see how to upload photos here.
Pikolinos customer service only care about proof of purchase rather than their disasterous soles.
They have literally become sole-less.

Very disappointing customer service
I didn't like anything. I went out of my way to contact Pikolinos about the size of some boots and was told to check their website, which I had already done, and which did not have the specific information that I had asked them about. Very poor customer service. I even tried to find the sizing information from another company that sells their products, and they couldn't help me either. Further, I double checked reviews after this experience and was glad I hadn't ordered the boots as the reviews are extremely mixed regarding quality, and inconsistent sizing. Disappointing.

Poor customer service
I purchased a pair of sandals online direct from Spain. I already own a pair of their sandals which I really like and thought these were the same/similar in a different colour. However the quality is not the same and after wearing about 4 times they have stretched so much they are unwearable. I emailed them for their opinion, sending photos and a more detailed explanation but they have failed to answer. A second and third email has also not been responded to. Why ask customers to contact them on info@pikolinos if they do not respond. I will not buy their products again either online or from an outlet.

When they are good they are very good…
When they are good they are very good but the standard of manufacture is poor and sizing totally arbitrary. The first pair I bought were wonderful, the next too small and the next too large, all sold as size 44 i.e.UK 10. Do not think that they will break in as they now have plastic soles, so there is very little give. If they don't feel 100% when they arrive send them back Totally inconsistent

Still waiting for refund 3 months later
I've had the worst time trying to get a refund for shoes I returned in March. I contacted customer service for the first time on 16 April after hearing no news about the return. They confirmed the return was on its way. I've since contacted them another 5 times to follow up, never receiving a prompt or clear reply. Unbelievably, I still haven't received a refund more than 3 months later.

I made the last purchase online and just received my order within 3 workdays.
This brand produces sneakers made of durable, easy-to-clean leather. Also, they prioritise comfort. Moreover, I love that the sole is slip-resistant.
Nowadays it is hard to find affordable easy-to-maintain leather sneakers of good quality. Big old brands like to add suede parts that get dirty very soon or use synthetic materials that look poor after the first months of use.
This brand provides unique value; their footwear is totally worth it's price.
