This evening one member Tommy gun was on the line. Associated with property management answered the phone. I was locked out of my house. But the agency contact called an agency to resolve in the morning and gave excellent advice of how to access the house late night. Excellent company 👍 great to know an agency can help 247

Working with Pillar Properties and more specifically Ivan was such a reassuring experience! Ivan was very professional, listened to my concerns and what I needed in my property search. He was accommodating and flexible when I asked to view another room on the day and demonstrated excellent customer service. Ivan was knowledgeable about other tenants and the properties he was responsible for and it was evident that he is passionate about matching the individual to the right property, paying attention to detail. The admin team at Pillar Properties has also been incredibly quick and responsive during the vetting process. A very positive experience after being out of the renting scene for a couple of years so I'm very grateful to Ivan and Pillar Properties.

I have contacted this company by telephone and email for follow ups on 3 different properties. On each occasion the company promised that somebody would follow up on my enquiries. In spite of many follow ups the response from this company was ZERO. If I could give them 0 stars I would do so. The date I mention below is just 1 instance of their failings

Very pleased with Pillar Properties. When I moved into the rental property Pillar took my concerns seriously and agreed to deal with the issues I had with the room before moving in. They followed through and resolved it in good time. The rental property is well maintained. I would be happy to use them again in the future if I were looking to move into a shared accommodation.

Poor service provided during my tenancy.

I recently moved out after being a Pillar Properties tenant for a year and I would totally recommend them to anyone. Both the admin and maintenance teams are excellent, and all our issues were resolved quickly. The house was cleaned thoroughly every two weeks as stated in our contract.

Recently moved out as I just got engaged so moving home, but had I not been, I'd have loved to stay as a pillar tenant! Great agency, they really care about the tenants. Peaceful landlords. Maintenance issues resolved very quickly and thoroughly. Our house was cleaned professionally weekly, and it didn't even come out of our rent. Team always responsive and polite, from the admin team, to Ivan and the maintenance team. Highly recommend: peaceful stay and professional team.

Professional and fast service. The agents are efficient and quick to respond. There may be some missteps in communications at times but nonetheless, with careful management of rent, Pillar Properties is definitely a responsible property agent. I'd recommend, cheers mate!

Amazing agency. I stayed in two different rooms and houses in the past two years. They are responsive and they alwas reply promptly to requests and issues. The houses are very well maintained and the rooms are elegant, just like in the pictures they have on their website.
