It was a pleasure to deal with Pillar Properties. I highly recommend this agent, and I would definitely use their service again if there is a need. Especially want to say thank you to Ivan Fernandes who was helping me all the time since day one. All the documents are always correct, all the viewings are always happening on time, and he wasn't late even once. I was lucky and my neighbors were amazing people, I never heard any noise from them, and we never argued. I'm glad I chose this agent, thank you very much for all your help and cooperation!

The worst letting agency I’ve ever rented through! Coming into the house whenever they want with no notice INCLUDING during covid isolation time when nobody could leave their homes, they would be doing trips between houses on the same day no mask no gloves! Treating tenants like children, not listening to the issues raised, looking through tenants’ cupboards in the kitchen with no permission to go through personal belongings, ignoring serious utility issues in the house, leaving 6 tenants without washing machine or dryer for over a month with an advise of “wash by hand”!!! Slamming every single door they walk through disregarding tenants’ right to quiet enjoyment, and what’s the funniest - throwing away tenants’ property without permission!!!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! On top of that they proposed a rent increase of £125-150 a month!!! Absolute joke of an agency, unprofessional and rude, the handyman could do so much better if they at least watched YouTube videos of how to fix things! Useless!

I remember, the day I was on road searching your provided location but somehow couldn’t reach because I was new in this country. You pulled your sleeves and decided to go extra way to pick me up in your vehicle…Trust me, that first impression your moral support has given lots of confidence in me that I am in safe hand.
The best thing about you was – you understood my basic need in first talk itself and took me to Battle Square location and closed the deal.
I personally, thank you & Sam for getting me the perfect place, helping me with the shifting process and guiding me about everything in nearby place.
You have done this engagement such a way that I no longer felt I am away from home. Your affectionate behavior, helpful guidance, and advice have made this shift a piece of cake for me. I hope, I would have been one of the best tenant for you.

With this company for 12 months and was left very disappointed. Poor communication from the agency and was unsupported throughout my year. Pay a high premium for an average property, poor management from Pillar Properties. Would not recommend to anyone.

Wrote my review but it came down when I deleted my account! So I've re-instated my account just to say - brilliant experience so far from all the staff I've engaged with. Sam was speedy and helpful with viewings, and the check-in was smooth. Hayley is a star, on hand to answer all Qs, and completed all the admin seamlessly with quick response times. Ivan, Justin and Stuart are great - always polite and committed to our health and safety. They may come to fix one thing, but will stay to ensure everything else is right/fix anything else they spot. Very grateful to the Pillar team for excellent service so far. A very happy tenant with great peace of mind. Thanks to all the team.

Great service throughout the tenancy duration. With transparent and smooth renting process. Sam and Hayley have been great to deal with and made my renting experience very easy until last day. I had an excellent experience with Pillar Properties! Sam was so helpful during the viewings and went out of his way to recommend other properties that I might be interested in. This resulted in me signing the contract for one the properties he recommended. During the whole renting process, Justin and Lyn were so efficient with organising the contract and other supporting documents that I was able to move in within three weeks of signing the contract. The whole team were so helpful with answering any queries and you could tell they were really invested in their tenants. I can't recommend Pillar Properties enough, especially if you're after a quick and easy renting process.

My experience so far has been great. Sam was very helpful when showing me around the properties, and even rearranged his day in order to ensure I was able to see everything I wanted. The properties are fantastic quality and good value for money. Would recommend.
