Don't miss a payment by a second or you get fined. Card declined on a weekly payment, they called for the mone at 13:51, again at 13:53 fined at that's called for at 13:56. I read the email to say this at 13:52, paid by 13:55 yet if i hadn't of challanged you for the fine, for unfainess and speed of fine, you have made me pay it Portal / dashboard not helpful and lacks interaction to resolve anything.
Makes me feel like you look to get extra money. How many people my have a blip and end up sorting a payment within fair time and paid the fine unfairly

Just to clarify, late fees are only applied when an invoice becomes overdue, and they are automatically removed if a payment is made before the end of that day. In your case, once you contacted us and the payment was confirmed, the fee was removed straight away — we don’t charge customers when the payment has been resolved on the same day.
We’re also currently working on improvements to the customer dashboard to make managing payments and accounts much clearer and easier.

Pink storage was very easy to set up. Once entering the storage unit everything was self explanatory and easy to work and use.
The storage itself is huge clean and so affordable.
We wish we used pink storage sooner!

Be wary - expensive
Be wary - their prices increase every month (you'll get an email/text randomly letting you know) (gone from £15/week to £52.50/week). Also for some time the Manchester Gorton site was like a homeless encampent at night. Other than that access to the site is very good.

Our prices do occasionally change, and we always send notification by email or text in advance, as outlined in our terms and conditions. The £15 rate you mentioned would have been an introductory offer, which is temporary. After the introductory period ends, accounts move to the standard rate for the unit size, and then follow the normal price reviews. We always aim to keep our pricing competitive for the area.
Regarding the Manchester Gorton site, we have since made significant improvements, including increased monitoring and regular on-site checks. The site is now operating normally and securely, and we’re glad to hear you found the access to be very good.

Such an easy process!
I made an initial enquiry for a quote online. Within seconds a text arrived giving me the cost and the option to sign up and gain access to the storage immediately. It was so simple.
Once I had signed up, the codes arrived by text and I could start packing!
The unit can be accessed at any time and is secure, great size units too for the price.

No stress... easy to follow steps to book.
It took me less than 5 minutes from start to end to book and pay. Thought it couldn't be this easy to get on site ... but it was... enter registration and gates open... everything was step by step explained and so easy.

Attractive short term prices to get you in….then 50% price increase with no notice!
Took a pink storage unit in Swansea a couple of months ago. They offer discounts for the first few weeks (which they extend if you give them a review). 8 weeks on we’ve had an email increasing prices by 50% with no notice. The unit was good value at £32 per week. At £48 it is not!! Will decant as quickly as we can. Just be careful!
