Great storage unit. Easy and simple sign up process. Immediate access once signed up which was a big selling point. The unit also smells really nice which is a great bonus 🤣

Overall good experience
Overall good experience. The main negative is that although the service allows for drive ups, there are quite a few individual units where it is not possible to drive right outside for easy transfer. This is the case for both removals vans and cars.

I had an unit of Pink Storage Swansea storing a lot of stuff in there. From October I had lost my mother so I rung pink storage to tell them to inform them of my situation and I fell right down into depression to the point I was admitted to hospital for 3 months and even though I tried to get hold of them to inform them I am in hospital get help for my mental health they went and auctioned all my stuff for missing 3 months of payments which would of been cleared today on 8th Jan 2026. I will looking to sue and taking this matter further. I also tried ringing them throughout November 2025 I had made 12 calls and no one picked up.
I AM WARNING EVERYONE NOW STAY AWAY.

However, we must also be clear that the account was significantly overdue, with multiple months of unpaid storage charges outstanding. Our processes exist to ensure accounts do not accrue extreme levels of debt and are applied consistently across all customers. In this case, the account progressed in line with our internal policies after payments remained unpaid for an extended period.
While we appreciate the personal circumstances described, storage charges continue to accrue regardless of usage, and we are required to act when accounts fall substantially into arrears.
We regret the distress this situation has caused, but we stand by the actions taken in accordance with our agreed terms and internal procedures.
