Insecure
The kirkby in ashfield site was like a construction site work being done no security gates or anything couldn't even find the place at first.
It needs renovating and securing before I change my mind and a sign showing the site.

Fantastic customer service and experience
Really easy to sign up online. Simple directions to find your container. There was an issue with our lock and the customer service was excellent, it was sorted within 5 minutes. Unit was clean and very good value for money. Very happy with the experience so far!

Large and clean and easy
The unit was large and clean and easy to access. I had access straight after signing up which was helpful. The only downside was the lighting outside the unit, as it was quite dark and harder to see compared to other units which had more light.

Easy to book a unit, great price per M2, only problem encountered was access to compound when it's dark as cameras can't read number plate properly
