The transactions went smoothly but my jacket was no true to size. I have to return it and get a jacket 2 sizes bigger.

Easy and quick

Good and simple process. Easy to use.

Communication was lacking. Part of the order was delayed, there was no acknowledgement of this, estimated ship date or any thing else.

While vendor relationships can be hard during this time, Pinnacle has done everything they can to make the process a little easier. I chose items that continued to be out of stock or back ordered, but I was always updated quickly when there was a change. When I did finalize my item, there was a mishap a the the printer, causing my order to be re-made. Throughout the process, Pinnacle was flexible and understanding of meeting my needs.
