I’ve been using this company for 2 years to forward parcels from USA, UK, Germany and Italy. The experience was good in overall. Once I had my parcel delayed and it took almost a week to even process at the warehouse in UK, but other than this, the experience was smooth.
Don’t use it to deliver from Poland because there’s a company with better prices in Lithuania. With USA, the opposite picture - switched from a competitor. PirkEU warehouse is in US state that impose an additional tax (competitor has the warehouse in Delaware with no state tax), but the price is still better.
One thing I would recommend improving is price calculator. It’s very accurate for deliveries from EU, but from US it would be nice if it could approximate import tax by category. It’s not obvious especially for the new buyers.

Avoid this company at all costs!!! They lost my package and do not answer my calls and email.

Over the last 6-12months the packages take a lot longer to arrive. The main reason is the much longer time for the package to get assigned to your account. If a package arrives at the warehouse say 11am, it takes no less than full business day or two for it to be registered. If it arrives at the German warehouse on Wednesday it won't even be shipped until the next week.
Other than that I didn't have any issues with packages not arriving or arriving broken.
All in all I'm very disappointed in the shipping times. Will be looking at alternatives.

Astoundingly poor service. It takes two weeks or more to receive a package, even after multiple reminders. The silver lining? They no longer blame their customers—just fail to deliver as promised. No improvements over the past year. Avoid this company if you can. 1/10.

I worked with them for about three years, and everything was fine until last year. Recently, it feels like the staff is made up of inexperienced individuals. Every time I inquire about my packages or when they will be added to my account, it seems like there’s an intentional delay.

They previously mentioned that parcels from Germany would arrive within 2-3 working days. My packages, including a Christmas present, arrived at the PirkEU warehouse on December 11, but nothing has changed since then—they are still there. To make matters worse, they’ve stopped responding to my emails.

Your shipment can be left near closed doors and taken by any average John.
The service is unreliable 4900 euros parcel is gone. Seur states it was delivered. PirkEU cannot contact their warehouse partner, no response from the partner three days already.
They do not have any warehouses abroad they just purchase services from very weird and strange B2B logistics companies.
You can check "so called" their warehouses on google street it is just buisiness partners.

I've been using this service for the past several years. Hundred of packages received from various countries. Not a single issue. Prices are really good. All the data regarding weight to price ratio is on their website. One of my most favorite services.
