Excellent reproduction of our photo on our glass ‘Christmas tree’ decoration.
My only quibble was that the hole for the ribbon was placed on part of f the photo losing a bit of the effect.

The print you received was the exact size ordered—we confirmed this after checking the order and production details and also reprinting the order to check this.
You based the size on a frame you already had, but declined to measure the actual print when asked.
Despite fulfilling the order correctly, we still issued a full refund as a goodwill gesture as we value all customers
