Quick, good price, and very good quality photo coasters received. Significantly better quality than another company I used, similar price, where quality was really poor and I threw the coasters away.

Fantastic 1st experience with Pixa Prints UK. The process to upload images was easy, the print format choices were just what I was looking for and the printed products were excellent. I was worried about the lustre finish and whether the prints would be too dark however I couldn't have asked for a better result. The items were also very well packed so that they would be well protected in transit. Very happy!

The items were delivered on time and were undamaged. The quality of the print was first class.

I ordered 2 photo mugs, they both looked great, arrived really quickly and the recipient's were very happy with them. Would consider buying from you again.

I wanted a poster print of a specific size. Other major picture print companies (photo box, etc) didn’t do the sizing and it was complicated to successfully crop the image and scale it to the desired size.

Pixa Print was so easy to do- no hassle, sent in a really timely manner.

Quick, efficient service with a lovely, lightweight, easy to hang picture of good quality to show for it. I have ordered several now and never been disappointed.

Really helpful customer service when I struggled to upload my photos. Very responsive and got the issue resolved right away. The order itself was also quick to arrive and the prints are brilliant quality. I've had issues with other brands with the pictures coming out grainy or dark but these are vibrant and clear just as they appeared on screen. Will keep using Pixa Prints for all my photo projects.

The retro prints were exactly what I wanted and 38 arrived in perfect condition.
However what really impressed is that I made an obvious error in ordering a single print and then the main bulk order. They cancelled the single print order and repaid me without any action from me at all. Either a great alogorithm or great personal service. Well done.

Pixa prints were quick to resolve problem of scratch on picture,replaced this by return of post, easy to deal with too, would happily order from them again

This is truly disappointing. Despite expressing my dissatisfaction, your response was a denial, claiming as if no such order existed, which felt like a lie. This deeply upset me. I will no longer consider doing business with you again, nor will I recommend you to anyone around me.
