I can't seem to be able to make any …
I can't seem to be able to make any contact with these guys. The email I used has been shut down, the number I call is not answered and the customer form on the website has an error.
They have had my camera for over 6 months and it has not been repaired or returned to me. Now I can't get an answer from anyone.
Any suggestions?

Worst Company
Takes Money but no item or customer service in return.
Had to fight to get any response out of Pixmania and responses were unhelpful, useless and the vast majority were automated standard responses.
Had to resort to disputing the payment with my credit card company.
WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

Worst company I've ever dealt with.
Worst company I've ever dealt with.
It is a platform for other sellers so if you have a problem they just fob you off. I managed to find a number via google, (not listed on their site), and spoke to a french woman who just came out with one BS excuse after another. After 5mins of her tripping up her own lies and contradicting herself she just hung up the phone. Even my partner, who is French, tried and got treated the same way.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!!!!

So bought a genuine Sony Xperia mobile
So bought a genuine Sony Xperia dial sim card from pixmania.Co.Uk the mobile has broken and pixmania has been liquidated. So not helping.. Sony hong kong refusing to repair, replace or refund the faulty mobile. The screen has lines all across it and when going from app to app there is ghosting effect.
Really not happy with the customer service and not sticking to consumer rights laws to protect us when buying faulty goods that should last more than this mobile did

Pixmania UK gave me a lot of trouble …
Pixmania UK gave me a lot of trouble during the past two months after I ordered a mobile phone. As stated here by somebody else, you need to keep fighting them tirelessly.
I asked them for a refund, reported it to the police after I received no answer from pixmania uk and therefore, reported it to my bank.
After nearly two months, I got my money back (203 pounds) past 19th of May.
I have to say that the police (Action Fraud) is probably not going to help you at all, and I really hope that your bank branch will help you more than mine (Peckham Barclays branch crew were useless in this matter, they could not even give me proper advice) but after looking for a helpful human being in Barclays online I could find a lovely woman who properly managed my issue. Even so, I can not tell you for sure that Barclay's actions are the reason why they gave me my money back.
Keep pushing, keep pushing, keep pushing.
Spread the word and please, stop crying!!
The silence is deafening
I ordered a Canon 80D on 15 April. It's nearly a month and no sign of the camera! I am getting married in a couple of weeks and had bought the camera so photos could be taken to remember the special day. I now don't know what I am going to do for the day.
I have tried contacting Pixmania on all channels available but no response at all. Nothing...!
I am resorting to this forum to try and get a refund of my nearly €1000! If anyone is out there can you please HELP, HELP, HELP!!
Update 17th May: finally they made contact! BUT gave me an inactive number to ring! STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROWD. BOGUS COMPANY. WONT PROVIDE THE PRODUCT OR A REFUND!

5 Year Extended Warranty - £39.78
pixmania.co.uk has delete my online account with them I bought BEATS BY DR.DRE - Studio 2.0 for £189.00 with 5 Year Extended Warranty - £39.78 .
My BEATS BY DR.DRE - Studio 2.0 are faulty now cannot contact anyone from pixmania.co.uk call customer service they could do nothing for me I still have a copy of my receipt can anyone from pixmania.co.uk reading this please help me out please
They smashed my TV in transit then kept my money.
Firstly the "UK" suffix on their web address is misleading - They are in France.
I returned a £900 TV for warranty repair - courier arranged and paid for by Pixmania . Tv gets smashed beyond repair during transit and now they are ignoring my emails and will say anything to get me off the phone. Their email addresses are a moving target, I have communicated with them using 3 so far and they seem to keep changing and becoming unavailable. When I was asked to send certain documents to support my claim they would mysteriously never arrive.
On the helpdesk we have 2 English speakers - Mia who has a faulty headset and you can't hear her properly and Antonio . Their manager does not speak English (I am told) therefore there is no escalation route.
They are point blank refusing to refund the TV that was broken whilst in their care.
It's just a scam - they take the money and run.
BEWARE!
These are thieves who will only give you what you order or the money back if you fight them long and hard. Most people don't have the energy to do it so they get away with most of it.
Absolute Disgrace " Sotel"
I purchased a Samsung s6 Edge on the 15-12-16. As of Noon 4-1-17 I still have not yet recieved my order. On the Pixmania site I was told that my order would be fulfilled in 4 days, this has not been the case. Somebody never recieved a gift from Santa this year, actually they did? They recieved a Otterbox s6 Edge phone cover as a gift, and no phone. This should not be tolerated in this day in age, I allowed Sotel ( the seller) 10 days to fulfil this order and still 20 days on it has not arrived.
So I would kindly ask Sotel to please explain to me what exactly has happened as it will affect me ever purchasing through Pixmania and Sotel in the future
How Pixmania tolerate these Sellers on their website I do not understand, at this stage I'd quiet happy take a refund and go elsewhere!! An absolute shambles of an order!!
Not refunded tv
I have returned a smart tv which was under the two years warranty and I never got the refund or never been contacted by pixmania and I can't get them contacts on the website. Any one can help me with pixmaniauk please ?
18th December 2016
Pixmania stole 269 quid in undelivered, unrefunded merchandise!
I have been in phone and email contact with Pixmania since requesting a refund for a failed order (ordered 2 smartphones for Xmas presents in early November 2015 which never arrived). They refunded for ONE phone in mid-January 2016, and I have been on the phone and sending emails, provided proof no less than FOUR TIMES that they owed me a 269 pound refund since then with no result other than being given a nonfunctoining email address and a phone number no one answers with a French voicemail that doesn't take messages. This is a CRIMINAL company that deserves to be liquidated and its executives imprisoned.
DO NOT USE PIXMANIA
I returned a camera promised a refund. 6 months later I have no camera and no refund.
Doesn't seem to be anything I can do legally to get my money back
Pixmania Scam !!
i have ordered from pixmania produt costing 250 euros and its been more than 2 months i never received my item and i am also not gtting my money refund. im trying to contact pixmania and the seller both are ignoring and not replying my messages...Tracking Number i was provided CP705983755FR
I think pixmana is scamming their customers.
After sales service
I bought a tv from them with two years warrant.Apparently the delivery company damaged it and I got to wait for them to be compensated for me to get my television back. Its been six months of calling and emails.Still no TV or money. There is no difference between them and scammers.STAY AWAY from them
The worse client support of all times!
Is by far the worse place to buy anything on the web, the client support treat you Not bad, but as trash horrible .. they are so rude!
If you need to contact them, go on the facebook page of the company because they never answer emails.
if you need a refund, wait .. wait and wait it will come by horses .. they said that a refund takes around 5 to 10 days and its because they just have too many transactions to do per day ..
customer service runs "millions of transactions a day" .. if is all refunds I wonder?
Once bitten...oops I did it again
Look at the sheer number of 1 star reviews. Then look at how many times Pixmania have bothered to address anything whatsoever on this site. They really don't care less how dire their reviews are all over the internet because they know they can still somehow limp on for another few years (unfortunately).
My first experience with them was a Philips MP4 player. This arrived with dead pixels along the edge of the screen. Perhaps not entirely surprising considering the fact that all they'd used to send a highly sensitive electronic device that was completely exposed in Philip's own on-the-shelf packaging was a flimsy little Jiffy bag. I'm not sure if the team at Pixmania thought that postmen travel along in feather lined vans or what. In order to return a faulty product, you cannot contact them directly, by any means. Oh no, for this is Pixmania, and you are a mere inconvenience. Instead, you are made to fill in an online FORM - which actually has a character LIMIT - so if your explanation or problem is too long - well that's clearly your fault, you shouldn't be such a pain, should you.
Next you have to wait for them to "assess" your returned item - the reasons, or the actual process for this are not made clear, anywhere at all, by anyone at Pixmania (because they're lying and basically just trying to stall you for as long as possible). I waited for this to happen. And waited. And waited. After over a week passing and hearing nothing at all I contacted them again - to be told by a robotic e-mailer "thanks for your order, it is being processed". Don't you just love the personal touch. I mean nevermind that I wasn't even ASKING about my order. Eventually I got a new MP4 player sent out, and I asked their very rude customer 'service' woman if perhaps they could please send it out in slightly more protective packaging this time. Their solution? A slightly LARGER flimsy Jiffy bag.
That was all around 5 years ago. And I swore I would never order from them again. Until that is I decided I really wanted Outlook 2010, as I cannot stand any design of Outlook since that version. I found that a really cheap - though not TOO cheap as to be obviously a dodgy "office closure" revoked key, was on Pixmania. Of course I wasn't going to order that from Pixmania, but it was one of their sellers. Which of course, they thoroughly vet, to ensure they're not stating "DVD-ROM" when in fact they're selling you a dodgy key that's only downloadable in Japanese, right? You guessed it: WRONG.
Eventually, after threatening legal action in a live chat with the crooks who sold it to me, I did get a full refund - and after also doing a live chat with Microsoft, was left with a legit version. But the point to note here is that Pixmania clearly do NOT bother vetting any of their sellers - so you can forget about those being trustworthy either.
Most of the negative reviews here are backed up by clear examples of the shambles that is Pixmania. I wouldn't suggest they're outright scammers because they aren't - Dixons after all had controlling shares in them. What is apparent is that the business is an absolute shambles and when things DO go wrong : good luck trying to contact Pixmania because they REALLY aren't interested in helping you in anything even close to an efficient and satisfactory way. And their non-response to any of these issues should tell you all you need to know. Just pay a bit more and order from a half decent business. For your own sanity.
Avoid at all costs!
Back in July, almost 3 months ago I ordered a phone for a friend of this website and as it said there credit card systems were offline I had to do a bank transfer (which I realised had to be international as they are based in France even though it's a .co.uk website) fast forward a month I cancelled the order as they were still waiting for apparent proof a payment which I had sent a few days after ordering. After requesting a refund and waiting almost another month and a half I have had no contact from them and am still perusing the case to get my money back with the help of my bank.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY
My order was cancelled and I didn't find out for over 2 weeks!
I ordered a phone. They told me it was dispatched from Albay Tech. They gave me a tracking number. Said it would arrive in 2 weeks. No updates since then. The tracking number wouldn't work, but I figured I should just wait until the delivery date before contacting them. It didn't arrive... I contacted Albay Tech and recieved this back
"Unfortunately, due to the issues we had with pixmania, we had to cancel some orders. Your order was one of them. A full refund has been issued back to you. Apologies for the inconvenience."
Ridiculous. If I hadn't messaged them asking where the phone is I highly doubt they would have given me a refund (which has not yet been recieved).
