This is my second order from Planfor and once again I have been very pleased with the whole experience. The ordering was simple, the communication was regular and informed and the plants themselves were lovely strong plants. I'm a very happy customer and will definitely be ordering again.

This was my second order .. not so satisfied this time! My main order 10 pine trees, which ok. But I also ordered 2 Acers, but I received 2 cuttings, which I could easily have got from my next door neighbours tree!

Advertised as 15-20cm, actual size 10 cm and covered with a ridiculous amount of non recyclable packaging

This was the first time we bought trees from Planfor. The selection of plants and trees is very good and we were satisfied with the service. The quality of the trees supplied was good bar one or two minor problems

Plant arrived as described and on time . Packed with great care and in first class condition. great plant would recommend to anyone.

A FEW HICCUPS about delivery, but dpd delivery did great following safe place instructions at least...

Plants delivered promptly and were excellent quality.

We bought a Cestrum plant (half-hardy) which came well packed and in reasonable time. On opening it was clear that the plant had been severely frosted, even in this mild winter. We conclude that the temperature in air freight was considerably sub-zero. We reported this and asked whether we could have delivery by road instead of by air. We need foliage now for butterfly breeding. We had no reply until, after three emails we had a reply telling us to wait for new growth in the spring. I replied saying that this was doubtful and still we need to know whether we could order for delivery by road. Four further emails have been ignored. This is very poor customer relations, and unsatisfactory service. It appears that Planfor are not interested in satisfying customers and we shall in future buy from another source. Good produce arrived safely with no hassle.
However communication is difficult with this company as they never answer the phone. Email is the only way to reach someone! not convenient if you really need to discuss something technical.

Brilliant service and delivery to the UK within 4 days! Carefully packed so they weren't damaged during delivery.

First time I've bought from this company, 120% happy with service and products delivered!!!
I will be using again in the future!

Rotting plant arrived, after an initial email they have ignored 5 emails asking them to contact me for resolution

Ordered Plants 2 x Bee Bee on 19th November
Got notification on 20th saying despatched
Sent Email asking if had tracking number on 28th as this review shortly afterwards.
Have had no response to email trees have been somewhere for 14 days.
Just let me know please.
