Absolutely brilliant, so pleased with what I have bought.

I'm satisfied with the size and quality of the plants and also the amount of packing material used. I was kept well informed and DPD gave an accurate time slot on the day of delivery.

I've taken off one star for the inadequate shipping care labeling. One 'fragile' label on a 98cm box did not prevent the it from having a large hole smashed through it. This accounts for the mangled looking pot. I'm sure this can only be down to the courier.

3 of the 5 plants had much of their growing medium out of the pots and scattered throughout the polystyrene beads/shapes. The free hyacinth gift had its large head sheared off. Fortunately, the shrubs I ordered are robust and took the abuse well. Wet potting compost on the foliage of 3 plants is not a problem for me.

Unlike many companies that ship plants, Planfor did not use any 'handle with care', 'keep this way up' or 'living plants' labels on their box. Accidents do happen and it could be just one courier employee that's caused this. I would buy from Planfor again but probably only robust shrubs.

Ordered 3 eucalyptus plants, arrived well packaged with a free hyacinth bulb ready to flower. Lovely surprise. Quick service, wasn't sure how they would arrive coming from abroad but no issues. Would order again.
