Let down by inability to deliver to UK
Very disappointed with them. They accepted a tree order from me on 3rd Jan for UK delivery. I happened to be in touch on 14th Jan to discuss delivery timescales. They then responded that due to unforseen logistical problems they'd be unable to deliver to me. Very poor service, both the inability to fulfil the order and the delay & lack of proactivity in letting me know.

If a picture paints a thousend words then you have it spot on,the tree on the site add was as near to the tree that i recived well done planfor.co.uk,it is now wired up for styling for future bonsai and is happy in my temperate porch untill spring,as well as the quality of the tree the way it was packaged was top drawer,deivery was just as impressive.
