The plants came well protected ,and we're grown on well .
I'd previously got some plants from another supplier and they were very poor .
The two sets of plants could not be compared ,the Plants for ponds items ,were outstanding and so were the planting instructions.

Excellent service. Plants arrived in great condition, beautifully packed for safe transit. Healthy good sized plants - infinitely better than theirs from the local aquatic garden centre. Superb choice and lots of helpful information.

Ordered 4 plants for my waterfall area. Scarlet Monkey Flower, Marsh Marigold, Water Forget Me Not and Watercress. They all arrived in great condition and well packaged. They are all doing really well. Really my go-to company for pond plants.

Good service
My plant arrived on time however, my plant had been turned on its side and the soil inside the pot had broke in half damaging the roots, which I understand is out of the companies responsibilty. The plant has now started to recover and looks like it will be fine.

While this is unfortunately something that can occasionally happen in the hands of couriers, it's never something we like to hear, and we completely understand how concerning it must have been to receive it in that condition.
