My order arrived in excellent condition and very clear instructions on how to introduce them to my pond. A month on , the snails and plant are doing really well.

Unlike other providers we have used, PfP do everything right. Superb packaging assures plant arrival in tip top condition. Planting advice excellent. They are all now planted in our tiny pond and we look forward to watching the, develop.

Plants arrived quickly and well packaged except no indication on packaging that they were plants and to be kept upright. Therefor the soil and plant had fallen out of pots and had to be replanted. Luckily only one of five plants suffered but is now recovering.

All packed very well. Grasses in our pond look fabulous!
