No game and no refund
Update: Great response from Daren on this which was very much appreciated. Very happy that this was promptly resolved so I've updated my rating.
I pre ordered a game some time ago which, it later became apparent, was never going to be available at retail. No fault of the retailer, however after some initial communications there has been no further response (since April) to repeated attempts to contact the shop about a refund. I'm giving 2 stars rather than 1 as I've had good service in the past.

Money paid, no game, no replies
I tried to hold back the negative review, because I believe any company deserve a chance to fix the issue. It has been almost two months now for the in stock game I ordered on June 15. there is still no game delivered, and there has not been a single reply from the numerous query mails that I sent. Very disappointed.
Edit: Updated the rating from 1 star to 3 stars. Glad that playboardgames took up the responsibility and are resolving the issue, the refund is still in pending status though. Overall it was still not a pleasant experience as it feels like one need to take thing public to get thing resolved.
