Disappointed. I expected to see many games on this but instead they're all older games and no new games like GTA5. I found it disappointing for the price.

Overpriced in CAD at least.
Classic catalog is disappointing.
You don't get to keep the games you downloaded (premium and extra) if the publisher pulls their games or if you can't afford the overpriced subscription fee.
Discount aren't that great. Should be more than 30% off for a 9 year old game.
Monthly games are also disappointing.
The 3 tier system doesn't work stick to 1 tier and 1 yearly set reasonable price.
Not worth for a month at these prices and lackluster benefits Not even worth it for yearly subscription unless your can afford it then congratulations on being rich.
And you kinda need to have the subscription to keep the games you downloaded and upgrades to your games.
The way this subscription service is set up is so dirty it's a rip off.
If we could at least keep our upgrades then it would be ok but we can even do that.

Hard to believe how no one questions the fact that Sony/Playstation charges for you to be able to play online for a game you have already purchased! It is d*sgusting and a shame of policy. Imagine if Steam would start the same. Outrageous!! End this nonsense scam practice as we should not pay to play online!!!!

Everything about this app sucks. I was happy when I found out that I could play Bloodborne on pc. Nothing about the app seems to be made with users in mind. I have Dutch subtiteles and I can't change it to English because Sony is to retarted to have the most basic functionality in their app.
Also not having a search bar in 2024 almost seems like a troll move. I will be asking for my money back for the plus subscribtion and will delete the app. I will make sure to tell everyone who mentions Sony or playstation to never use any of their products,

Awful! I got hacked. They changed all my details so I can't access my account & PSN made me wait 45 minutes to speak to someone online to tell me he cant help & just ended the conversation. I think I'll sell my ps5 & get an Xbox!

absolutely terrible. i just want to be able to buy the game that i want for the ps4, i cant play anything because of how crappy their connection is… i love the first three sly games, but im forced into this stupid ass monthly subscription that doesn’t even run properly just to play the games that i want.

My 14-year-old son accidentally had his auto subscription running for his annual PlayStation plus subscription. Although it didn’t hit the bank account until one day later then it hit their account, causing us to be off by 15 days instead of 14 days for refund. After spending 20 minutes on the line with a customer service agent, that being well after numerous attempts to get a hold of someone online, they denied the request for refund because it was one day too late, and would not consider budging. I find this absolutely ridiculous. He hasn’t even used it and it didn’t hit my bank account until the 14th day. Very poor customer service model.

I won't be renewing next year almost every game I want to play requires the premium subscription. After the price increase and Sony's claim “This price adjustment will enable us to continue bringing high-quality games and value-added benefits to your PlayStation Plus subscription service.” Not seeing at mo seems to me less value for money, but as usual the rich are getting richer, while those at the bottom line there pockets.

Just why? You pay £90 for FC24 but can't play online without an expensive subscription. Nonsense.

I bought this when I got my ps5 after a year of waiting. So far still not impressed, the games catalogue is horrible with very few major releases.

Made to compete with Xbox games pass 😂 makes you think did I buy the right console.

I've changed my subscription to the basic package as the free games each month are 100% better than all the game catalogue put together saying that some of the free games are in the catalogue.

PlayStation Plus is garbage.

Most of the games on extra/premium are old games or have previously been monthly games I already own.

Seriously if it wasn’t for my friends I have on this system I would cancel my subscription and move over to a decent system like Xbox and get their Gold membership. Look at all the great games they get, I mean they got payday 3 on its release.

Unbelievably bad. It's that bad the leaving soon section is better than the new games.

The Plus app has been terrible and exactly the same since day 1, 0 fixes, still broken. The PC is still exactly the same, absolutely terrible.

Games are getting worse yet the price is increased, really daft considering Premium is beyond a joke.

Streaming has been exactly the same since it started on PS Now, games are just unplayable.

They also keep double or triple dipping, 1000s of games and the give us the ones they already gave us before.

Games leaving get just 1 month warning, daft because a lot take a long time to play. They surly know the day they are added when they will leave. Just put a timer on games from day 1. Is it really that hard?

What a load of old tosh just to find its going up to £60 for ps plus i wont be paying that they can suck their mum,most games are double of buying elsewhere should be cheaper if has ps plus

The monthly games are terrible. Free downloads are all manily indy games.
