The most horrible app I have seen on the market.

Oft hangs and you have to start all over !
Bad programming, (not from a professional developer) !

E.g. Entering a partner to play is between payment information in small characters.

Often PayPal payments disappear !
Even it offers to pay via Prepaid Vouchers, it doesn’t accept it !

You choose Tennis and in the booking process jumps into Paddel …

Another key point is also that you can see all people using Playtomic and this is breach of privacy !!

Can no longer change booking to public match! This is now very inconvenient as I can no longer book a court in advance with friends and then find players in a public match if needed. I have no idea why this feature has been removed but it is very disappointing and my review would have otherwise been 5 stars if this feature still existed. I will now use playtomic less as I'm very disappointed with this feature change.

The app is just awful to use and the customer service is non-existent. I would highly recommend every tennis and padel club to stop using this awful app.

Playtomic (PT) recently acquired AirCourts (AC) in Portugal then it seems closed the AC booking app for good. This is a disaster for all except the previous AC owners who sold out. The AC app was simple, intuitive, elegant & efficient. The PT app is a nightmare to use - it is totally over-engineered, full of useless features (seems to want to be more like a “dating” site!!!), difficult to use, doesn’t provide the critical information in one view and is totally unfit for purpose of its player-customers. Just try finding & booking a specific court at your home club - takes hours of searching & clicking! We now have to go backwards to phoning the club to check availability. Honestly, it’s a disgrace to have destroyed so much customer value by axing the AC app…🤬🤬😤😤

No solution. No place to call. No call back. They don’t take any responsibility of the bookings with the clubs

I have payed and booked a court in Dubai, however, when I checked the paddle court place told me that the booking didn't went through and there was definitely a glitch in the system. Now I have been trying to reach Playtomic in order to complain but mostly to get my money back and since now they still haven't responded. I don't know if I will ever get my money back. But definitely I DON'T recommended them. WORST SERVICE!

The really worst customer service! I am in Alicante (from Holland) to play padel. The app doesnt work well so I can't make a reservation. My mates can! Now they play with spanish people and I am at the hotel. I try to contact CS for 3 days now but they shut everything down. No contact possible. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Appalling customer service. I was charged over £1000 after we closed our account. They refunded some of the money, but not all, and have refused to respond to emails. I have written to the Managing Director who has also failed to reply. They have no complaints procedures. They just take your money and do not provide a service.

FIND ANOTHER APPLICATION, BETTER WAY TO USE YOUR TIME AND EFFORTS

The worst experience ever. The company takes 10% of the reservation cost as a fee but they don't provide any customer service. I can't log in to the app because I don't receive an SMS. I notified the support team about that issue but it seems they don't care.
