low cost + problems = STRESS

Poor quality, slow broadband about 16 to 17 Mbps drives me crazy! I spend more time sitting waiting on page changes! And don't get me started on customer care. You can sit for hours waiting on an answer on hold.
I bought a new laptop for my business and it works everywhere else except in my office!!! I just can't get it to sync with the network that is Plusnet! Now if I need to do anything in my laptop I have to go elsewhere to do it! So frustrating

Poor

Sat in all day morning waiting for an engineer that was never coming and receiving emails saying my line would be live in a week. After much sitting around waiting and then chasing it turns out that they knew yesterday that there was no engineer coming and that my line won't be live for around 3 weeks at least. Thanks for that Plusnet.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Plusnet are the worst broadband provider I have ever come across. Rang through to customer services to explain that I needed to cancel my contract for the agent to put the phone down on me straight away after being on hold for over two hours due to be being passed from pillar to post. I would not recommend to anyone and will certainly never use Plusnet again.
