You may not know you are being charged for a service you didn't sign up for and don't use. I didn't sign up in August 2019 (when they said I did) AND I haven't used the service, I didn't even know who they are, yet they have robbed me of £240 which I will be getting back! I'm absolutely fuming. Vodafone (who take a cut from this scam) have already offered me £75 which to my mind smacks of guilt. I've been with Vodafone for +25yrs and I feel like they have been taking the P*ss out of me as well as PM Connect. PM Connect, you may as well save us all the hassle of court proceedings and refund me now co's I'm not dropping this. The money (which I will get back) will go to a charity.

This company is operating borderline fraud. They trick mobile users into so-called subscriptions where they withdraw money without your knowledge. They call it subscription but the consumer is not aware of this. They should be stopped. Their service GamesHub is one of these so-called subscriptions. Also other services with Astrology, games, and so on. They have hussled money from old people not knowing how they came to be a so-called subscriber, and not knowing how to stop the withdrawals from their phone service bills. Highly unethical and in my opinion fraud.
edit: The response from PM Connect is not correct. They do not operate with a two step confirmation process. I have yet to see any legal documentation or agreement where I have accepted any terms or conditions. Also the amount is shown in my phone bill one month after the withdrawal. And by the time you realise you have been scammed into this, they already have withdrawn for a second month. Claiming you've had the opportunity to stop the service at any time. Well no, you dont have that opportunity BECAUSE YOU'RE NOT AWARE YOU HAVE BECOME A SO_CALLED SUBSCRIBER!! So no, this is not acceptable PM Connect. Keep telling your selv what a good service you provide, but you are in fact robbing elderly and other people on a daily basis and calling it legal. You should be ashamed!

This company deserves no stars! Absolute fraudsters! This company claims I subscribed to footbox and have been charging me £20 a month! This company owes me £132 and they give 0 f*cks. I am absolutely fumming. They only offered me £16! Vodafone also refuses to take accountability. I will be fighting this case until this company gets shut down. No one who works hard for their money deserves to be taken advantage of like this. Their customer service is so unhelpful and have an unbothered attitude and makes you feel like you have no power. But we'll see about that. I will be taking them to court and reporting them to off.com!
A scam website that Vodafone should have blocked back in 2019, when they were aware of the issues surrounding this company. For those who have lost money to this company, im sorry to hear that. I hope that OFCOM and the PS Authority crack down on companies like this.
If you have been scammed by this company, please contact the PS Authority.

I would give minus 10 if I could. Complete scam. Apprently I signed up to an ifitness service and then they scammed me out of £3 per week. It is outrageous. I was scammed for three years before I discovered what was going on and now taking them to court. Avoid, avoid, you are a disgrace stealing money from people.

This fraud company had charged me 2,5£ for subscribing some LiveFootball.tv website at 5am in morning, which i obviously never subscribed, my operator then held the services provided to me (i was unable to make calls, send texts, etc., if that didn't happened i probably, wouldn't even notice - although the provider employee told me they didn't do that so not sure, maybe i was just lucky). Then i went to my operator and blocked the option of making online payments on my phone (which was there by default, i never usde it and didn't know thats even an option), my operator is 02 and it happened when i was asleep, and had my mobile data on. Anyway after that, every week showed up message from the operator saying: "We are sorry, but we are unable to make an online payment for football videos". During the last few weeks, ive been sent this message once per week, which already was an annoying, now those annoying frauds try to steal my money on daily basis, always at 5am.
From all I read about them, i can't believe such comoany can be even legit, idk about UK, but in my country are such procedures marked as "Aggressive business methods" and therefore a pure fraud.
Since i see here, most of people scammed by this company are from UK, and the value of the stolen money pretty often exceeds hundreds of pounds i suggest you people to make mass lawsuit against them.
Also i wanna add, that there is pretty much 2 types of reviews on them written here, most of them with one star, which are people telling about how fradulent this company is, and the rest ais pretty much with 5 stars which are obviously very generic, made by PM Connect themselves.

My mother, who owns the phone that I pay the SIM only bill for, was aged 81 years in 2015, when it appears she has accidentally clicked for an iFitness subscription.
As you might expect, at no point has she benefited from or used this iFitness service, which she has inadvertently clicked for.
She recently informed me she deleted the STOP texts, thinking it was a scam (it is a scam).
PM Connect supplied images of this sign up, to attempt to give some sort of credibility that an 81 year old may have knowingly asked for this service. This just does not stand up to scrutiny, which I am certain they are actually fully aware of.
They offered a derisory refund, not for all the years this unused service was charged for.
This is outright fraud as the service was not used.

There is absoloutely no way I signed up to wrestle club, they have taken £468 from my bank they are refusing to send me any details of confirmation as to where I have agreed this!
Because I didn’t this fraud and should be reported immediately!

I did not subscribe to this service and they have taken £350 off me over the last couple of years. I did not sign up to anything, I have never used their service. I can see that I am not alone.
I am also highly suspicious of their 5* reviews as they all sound a little home made.

PM Connect are parasites.
Somehow or other I became subscribed to Footbox.tv and found myself being charged £4 a week to receive a text message from them. I have no recollection of signing up to these messages which were of no interest to me whatsoever.

The worst "company" ever. I never signed up for or used their "service". They provided an ip of where I supposedly signed up for and I traced it to their office in Birmingham where I have never been! They stole nearly 500 pounds from my Mother whilst she was working in the NHS battling Covid 19. I was lied to by their phone customer service department consistently, and stone walled by their email for head office. I have reported them to Action Fraud and we shall see what comes of it. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. IF YOU HAVE ALSO BEEN SCAMMED BY THEM PLEASE CONTACT ACTION FRAUD AND THE POLICE. Also I laughed out loud at how fake souding some of the "5 star reviews are" (edit) just updating for when they lie again and clicked on one of their virus esc subscription ads - I never did.

Since 2016 I have been robbed just under £700 by this company. I have never signed up to an i fitness app and I feel extremely upset. After looking online and reading various news articles, I feel that many other people are at risk. I have been offered £24 as a refund and I think that's personally a disgrace. I will be taking this further.

Scammed my mother from September 2016 to September 2020, these companies should be investigated and shut down as they provide no value. They have refused a refund, just a token £20 for a service that wasn't signed up to.

Be careful everyone! I did not sign up for them but somehow still got stuck with having to pay for something I never ordered. Scam artists, all of them!!

Reply from PM Connect
Having to write another review as their response to my complaint has completely ignored the fact I did NOT sign upto their service. Offered a partial refund - why would I accept that? I wouldn’t let a burglar break into my home and steal cash from underneath my mattress, this is no different! @PM Connect - PLEASE hurry up and do the ethical, right thing. You wouldn’t like someone to do this to you would you? Have some compassion.

They are fraudsters and scammers, profiteering from people earning money in honest way. They charged me £3 a week since March 2019 and took out of my O2 account circa £180. No proof that I used PIN to subscribe and no proof that I used their services. And I cannot get my money back! And yet, they refunded a journalist for apparent reason over £600. This company should be investigated and prosecuted.

I saw a charge on my phone bill from them and had no clue where it came from since I never subscribed to their service. Took a while and threatening with authorities until I got my money refunded. SCAM, Stay Away!!

Someone is getting very rich from this fraud. Every month I get charged £16 a week for footbox TV via PM Connect I'm not even in to football. Vodafone seem unwilling to help me saying I must have subscribed somehow. This is a cop out as I never subscribed. Looks like the only way to stop it is to cancel vodafone and that's almost impossible. PM Connect has now defrauded me almost £200 good luck if you get involved with them.

This was so easy to pay for! Such a breath of fresh air over filling out what feels like pages and pages of personal details online in order to get a cheap item.

Hi there
I have recently noticed that I have been charged £3 per week since February 2019 for Demon Games. I have no recollection of agreeing to any terms of use. I fully expect a refund of £195 (at least) based on the charges that have been applied through my o2 bill. This company is very hard to get a hold of and I still can't find an e-mail address anywhere. My only recourse is to file a letter before action to their registered office and instigate court proceedings if I do not hear back from them.
Kind regards
Dal
