I have had an amazing experience with PockPill. Whenever I needed to talk to a pharmacist they would try to contact me asap or if someone wasn’t available, they set up a call back within a few hours

My pharmacy has been trying to contact…
My pharmacy has been trying to contact pocketpills repeatedly and has not gotten a response - pocketpills requested my prescription without my authorization and conveniently does not respond when asked to transfer them back.
*UPDATE*
Pocketpills reached out after reading my review and made the situation right - they faxed my prescription back to my pharmacy and were understanding when they found my reasoning. Thank you for your quick reply and for rectifying the issue.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Unresponsive, dealing with two pharmacies that are pointing blame at each other for why something hasn’t been transferred over. No logical resolution provided by pocketpills. If i could give 0 out of 5 stars rating i would.

Easy process and great shipping
Easy process and finding providers that can help me out since I split my time between home in Sask and York in the Yukon can be difficult. Shipping was quick and easy, not quite the speed that was stated online but that's very normal for service to rural Yukon so that's not at all an issue just a fact everyone here is used to

Transferring the medications from maple…
Transferring the medications from maple is a disaster. You have to send the prescription to a local pharmacy them have them send it to pocket pills.
