I have had an amazing experience with PockPill. Whenever I needed to talk to a pharmacist they would try to contact me asap or if someone wasn’t available, they set up a call back within a few hours

These people are sleazy
These people are sleazy.
For 10 days now my pharmacy and I have called,faxed and emailed multiple times to have my scripts transferred and they are doing nothing.
So if you want to get out of Pocketpills save the headache and call the doctor to send a new prescription to your pharmacy.
Once some people get a hold of your money,they won't let go and you can just drop dead.

Great customer service
UPDATE: Customer service reached out to me to rectify the situation in a very timely manner. They are sending the other half of the prescription by rush delivery. The CS rep was very kind and apologetic.

I would rate as a 0 paid their assessment fee, weeks went by nothing. You cannot call it hangs up after 2 rings, text no response, email no response. Never got set up and still no money back. Worst service I have even not received. This place is a joke.

Customer service is a teen texting
There is something wrong with the employee answering the text messages. They think and respond like a petulant teenager and make problems instead of solving them. Clearly, they have never had any customer service training and there is no way to escalate communication to an adult.

Instead of deleting, I thought it would be fair to update.
Customer service called and has informed me that the company will rectify the situation. I am impressed with the follow up call. Brianna was a great help, thank you. 5 stars for customer service.
The medication was delivered correctly but the driver was very rude.
The driver said,"10km and 30mins" with a scolding expression. I have no idea what he meant.
It is my fault that I have missed the driver's call but I was not expecting my medication to be delivered on May 8th at 8pm in the LATE evening. The delivery tracker on the app originally indicated to be delivered on May 7th.
It would be very useful for the driver to call maybe 15 mins in advance to notify that the delivery is coming. Other private delivery service has that in place.
