Terrible customer service. The worst.
Agree with so many others. Polar customer service is absolutely terrible. I bought a new blue Polar V800, after a few months of using it, the blue color turned into an ugly green tone and the watch start having charging issues.
I contact “customer service” asking if I can ship my watch for a general service and a new strap and their reply literally was: “Good evening, how would you like a discount to buy a new V800? Thanks for contacting us”.
I regret buying from these people, really a very unpleasant experience.
Do not buy direct from Polar
Do not buy direct from Polar. Customer service is non existent, unexplained delays (3 weeks+) in delivery, no proof of purchase or receipt provided, terrible email customer service. I could have bought a Garmin, but thought I'd give Polar a try. BIG MISTAKE! Never again.

Dont but direct
Ordered an item, but cancelled as courier messed up, getting a refund from this company is big hurdle. Be warned they ship from outside the UK, I would think twice ordering direct from them. UK office don't have any authority to resolve issues have to go via the HQ. Lots of false promises.
solved
latest back end software update on the website seems to have fixed all sync and pairing problems
World class setvice
1st January I bought a Polar watch and it was delivered as promised. However yesterday it died. Today I called pulsure.dk and spoke with a real, worm and concern human being. With the correct information I contacted Polar and again would class service. Less than 24hrs after I was back on training with a new replacement.
Polar Loop Very poor battery life and Polar Flow App Software with serious Sync issue
would have given this a 5 star review if the battery life and the app issue. Firstly the battery life. I purchased then Polar Loop over it's competitors becasue of it's watch style fastening and the ability to use whilst swimming.
Unfortunately if worn whilt swimming, the display activates and sometimes it switches itself to areoplane mode. This means that the battery lasts about 40 hours at most.
I also wear whislt hill walking and cycling with the heart rate monitor. If I've been for a swim in the morning, after a 45 minute cycle the Loop needs a recharge and if I go hill walking, it may last 1.5 hours into the walk.
Therefore it seems the only option is to charge before a swim or prior to using with a HRM. Which is a bit annoying. I've contacted Polar customer care about this issue, but they will not comment.
The Polar Flow App is okay in it's layout and provides enougth iformation. Disapointingly though the Polar Loop is prone to not Syncing with the App. So for the past two days I have been unable to Sync my Loop with the App. Customer Care seem to thibnk the latest upodate has cured the problem.....sadly it has not.
