Great product, great service
We have always loved this company for kids clothes and are a firm fan of their pyjamas and outerwear. This year we went for one of the adult range jackets, this is an absolutely fantastic product. One of the very few truly windproof lined fleeces out there. I've ordered from them many many times and I've never had any issues, unfortunately there was a problem with my latest order, however the polarn service team were phenomenal. Prompt replies. Super helpful, no need for printing any paperwork, quick and easy return and replacement. I'll definitely be continuing to order from them.

“Shipment on the way” email since nearly 2 weeks ago, and I see no sign of my purchase being delivered whatsoever… no customer service bother to get in touch to tell me why I have not received my items. Disappointed!

Wonderful cotton pjs that reach ankles and wrists
Recently bought some ladies pyjamas. They were in the sale, which helps! Lovely cotton pyjamas with cute Christmas designs on them. So comfortable and so pleased to find the arm, leg and top lengths longer than average, so after many washes, they will still be at the wrists and ankles! They arrived quickly too.
